Restaurant Schmitte was excellent. There had been a mix up in our reservation, but the Chef flexibly arranged for us a wonderful and charming full course dinner with paring wines. Probably one of the less recognised part of the Hotel. But for those staying we would strongly recommend a dinner there. Well worth the price (at least in Switzerland).
The online reservation system for the restaurants need to be reworked.

good location and big apartment
laundry and room service are not very good. I left my laundry with paper for 2 days noone take it . I asked housekeeping and they said we are coming but they didn't come to pick it up. I left food trolley food 24 hours noone come to take it out. also when we came back to the hotel we found our room not clean and no towels. they should clean rooms and change towels every day but they didn't.

The loaction, the facilities and views from the rooms are superb, and the staff are wonderful, friendly, and professional.
The train station is few steps away which is very convenient to get to all the activities.
Due to the heat wave, no A/C was a minor issue during day, but yet the cool breeze at night was great.

The location close to the Station, good breakfast, quiet, elegant bar area to spend the evening, nice rooms, very friendly staff, for sure 100% customer oriented. I had also a small problem with my invoice and the solve it very quickly.

We loved our stay. Lovely and helpful staff. Great location. Food good but limited menu. Loved the traditional swiss environment. And what a lovely pianest singer.
For a five star hotel felt choice of food could be better but would not be deterred from returning.

Basically everything! Miriam at reception was the sweetest! The bartender from Portugal made a mean martini :). And the waiter from Germany was the life of the party at dinner! Room was fabulous! Town is beautiful! 2 min walk to train station and main town…just fabulous! We will be back!
Loved everything! Maybe breakfast could have had a little more option but we eat a lot so that is not their fault :)

The room Maid was very friendly, all Other employé were under Stress and Not professionell That i expect in a 5 star hôtel, for ex we arive at 10:25 am and the employe told me in an agressive way that we are too late! After complaining she said that she is under pressure and it s not easy to work here…….

—this hotel must be renovated , it s not a 5 stars but a 3 stars
I will never recommend this hotel, I paid 1200 for 2 night
It s simply not acceptable
At the restaurant we have to wait 55 minute for the first course!
