Arrived at the hotel and my partner was helping me out of the car as I'm on crutches withon 5 mins we had been given a parking ticket (not the hotels fault). The guy on reception was apologetic and due to be being on crutches gave us a room on that floor which was so small the door to the bathroom barely opened. The bed was a small double with a single duvet over it didn't even cover the full bed and the windows didn't shut properly so it was incredibly noisy. Overall it I'd paid the price on this site I wouldn't have minded but paid early check in when we arrived as we were heading to a rugby game plus £20 parking plus the parking ticket hotel ended up costing over £200 for one night could have stayed at the premier in cheaper.

The hotel was tucked away off the.main road. Location is amazing close to top asian restaurants, bars and close to public transport routes.
Our room was lovely and clean, modern and chic. The bed was amazingly comfortable and breakfast was fresh, hot and well made with quality produce. The staff team are wonderful and friendly. Tge bar/ breakfast room was modern, immaculately cleanand service impeccable. Wonderful little gem.

Very friendly staff, who shared his charger as I didnt have my own. Concenient location by Hounslow Central tube for connections to LHR. A bit worn down sheets (look overused) and some hairs found on pillows.

Not really worth the money, we were “upgraded” to the premium but no room to walk around the bed, they were never able to make us a key, we had to ask the house keeper to let us in every time we wanted to go inside the room again. Restroom was super super small, the hand wash sink was pretty much right in front of the toilet with very very very little space for leg room and I am a short person, I can’t imagine how a bigger person would manage to use that toilet without hitting the sink, shower was broken and the “fixed” it attaching a spoon to the shower head so it would move with the water pressure, water liked to the whole bathroom floor, I’ve paid less or similar at a way better hotel, the main entrance has spiders, pretty much picture doesn’t not match actual property.

HORRIBLE, SMOKY, DIRTY, AND DISGUSTING!
When we arrived at this hotel about two hours before check-in time, we were shocked to know that this is NOT a real hotel, rather a dirty Bed and Breakfast place masquerading as a hotel in bad and dirty condition in a very undesirable area in Hounslow. The floors were sticky. It was smelly all around. One of the employees was shamelessly smoking right outside the main entrance door. Then some others also joined him in the same area. I asked the receptionist to see the property inside. We had unfortunately booked it for three nights, but when we saw its dirty, smokey and unsafe conditions, I told the receptionist that we cannot stay there. She told me that we still have to pay for 3 nights. I called Hotels.com and she lady on the other side tried to convince the receptionist to accommodate our request and cancel the reservation with full refund. She even sent her email, but the receptionist continued to deny that she received the email. I wasted 90 minutes over there arguing with that lady and talking to Hotels.com. Hotels.com did try to resolve the issue, but the property owner refused to refund our deposit. Hotels.com should NOT offer this property on their website because it is an utterly disgusting place with horrible staff. I equally blame Hotels.com for promoting such a horrible property and bad property owner. We left and refused to check in.

We stayed there one night because we had missed our flight. The room was of a very good standard and very comfortable. The service was very good as well

Hotel told us when we arrived that they were sold out and didn’t have a room for us, despite having a confirmed reservation from Expedia. They suggested we look for another room at another hotel. We did that and fortunately found a room. Two hours later, Homestay called me to say they found a room for us. Now I’m having to pursue a complaint with Expedia to get a refund for a room we never got to use. Ridiculous. Not sure if it’s Expedia’s fault or the hotel’s, but it sure wasn’t ours.

Very congested rooms. The bathroom was stinking. We had booked the room for two adults and their reservation showed one adult and so they charged for an extra adult even though the room was for 2 adults.

The very first day one of the shelves by the bed fell off and the light was hanging by the wire on the other side which was very dangerous. I ordered breakfast and paid 15 pound and only managed to eat the toast. Finally bed bugs and other bugs on the bed sheets, I have taken video of this and will share later on. The manager Andrea would not give me the name of the owner and said the owner is in India!!

Good location close to underground and several restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small (the bed took up almost all of the space) but comfortable and clean. I stayed 1 night before an early flight and was more than happy with this hotel for that purpose.

I tried calling and emailing prior to the trip to confirm parking was available but the phone was dead and emails returned failed. Even upon arrival there was no one at reception and we wandered around for 10 minutes before someone came out to deal with us.
The car park is a 4 minute walk away in the semi derelict back garden of a house. The receptionist led me there in his car and did offer a lift back but I walked so I could pop into the convenience shop on the high street.
Even after all this time our room hadn’t been made up from the last occupants so we left the cleaner in there and walked to Twickenham.
Pillows thin, room hot and tiny, and worst of all, there is a drip landing on the roof above room 108 which was like water torture all night.
Breakfast was pretty good, staff were friendly, but the chairs in the “restaurant” have all sunk in the middle so it’s like stirring on the toilet! Lol
All in all, I wish I’d paid an extra £50 and gone with Travelodge or Ramada both over the road.

Reasonable hotel, spoilt by a total non-delivery of breakfast. I was told on arrival that could have my breakfast at 8.15, I did ask for it earlier as I had to be on the road again by 8.30, the receptionist did say he'd open the breakfast room up at 8am but they'd try and get someone in earlier. No staff even there at 8.20, no way I was getting a full cooked breakfast in 10 minutes... Manager was an idiot, how he thought they could arrive and magic breakfast out of thin air in zero time I don't know. Be aware, although it says parking available, there is barely room for two cars on the front and street parking is limited. I felt very let down by Hotels.com as well, they wouldn't refund the full £15 I paid for breakfast either.

Shower was ice cold or burning hot. We bought breakfast with our stay only to find it was served after we needed to leave for the airport. Of course because we booked it through Orbitz they wouldn’t refund us directly and the Orbitz staff claimed they couldn’t reach the staff. We asked the staff and they said nobody called, so idk who was lying. Sheets had old blood on them. No elevator so we had to carry heavy bags up two flights of stairs. Don’t recommend.

Convenient for Heathrow, this hotel was great value for money, the room was clean, well serviced and up to the standard of a modern large chain hotel. The lady on reception was pleasant and welcoming too, would definitely recommend.

What a cute hotel! It was clean and comfortable, and in a great location for getting on the train. They were doing construction but made sure they were only doing work during normal hours. The shades aren’t very dark so if you’re a sensitive sleeper like I am you will need an eye mask to sleep bc it’s very bright in the morning (if the sun is out that is!) I would definitely stay here again.

The place was okay apart from someone talking at the reception for over an hour and was loud and finished talking at 2am don’t think they was staying there then my bill receipt came under the door and 2 hours later I had to get up so not much sleep apart from that it was fine

No curtains on the windows (summer in the U.K. means light until 11pm and sunrise at 5am!), and a pink screen on the skylight so the room was just bright pink. I ended up stuffing the bed cover over the window frame. The chairs at breakfast were also all painful to sit in- worn/broken.
The place is clean however and the staff really lovely. It’s close to a tube stop. That’s about all I can say about it.

Really beautiful hotel. Room was small but very cosy and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and lovely throughout, amazing bunch of people! A quick 1 minute walk to the tube station and car parked on a private and safe driveway a further 30 second walk from the tube. Didn’t have any food due to not being a breakfast person but food looked lovely from what we could see. Will be returning again and 100% recommend.

Stayed here, just for one night ,as it’s very close to Heathrow airport. For what I needed ,it was perfect .Good location,clean and tidy room and a few minutes walk from the high street . I would stay there again

There are no elevators, no refrigerators, no closets or anywhere to put clothes or anything else. Very small room. Toilet seat broke first night. Room by reception area very noisy.

Excellent value for money, very clean and the gentleman on reception at check in was most helpful and friendly. The only unfortunate part of the trip was the lack of consideration by the evening staff when dealing with other guests / staff. Extremely loud late at night. This said I would stay again as it is very convenient and a comfortable stay.

A great stay. So welcoming and helpful. Room amazing: upgraded. One slight issue was the toilet seat was broken. There probably was little time to replace. But this is such a minor thing when everything else shines. We will book again.
