My visit to the hostle was terrible in the beginning I paid 2 nights 3 days before I come to the hostel but unfortunately I was shocked when I arrived I didn't find my bed they said the hostel is full and I slept in the bar downstairs 😭 imagine you made a reservation you paid your money and you don't find a place to sleep in the hostel until someone left the hostel and then they gave me a bed till 10 morning the hostel is clean with a good price but the staff are careless and they are not professional at all

I loved that there is so much around the location, but the rooms were excruciating hot with a small window with very little ventilation. It was as hot as the sun the entire stay. Not even a fan provided which I felt was a health hazard if you’re not hydrated enough because of how hot it was in there. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

Great location, especially for airport. Only stayed one night to catch an early morning flight the next day. Staff was very pleasant and property was cleaner than many hostels I’ve stayed at in the past.

I've been kicked off of the hostel because of bed bugs alert and I'm waiting for a refund which will be paid in 20 days time.
I don't think it was true and I'm thinking to suit the place as soon as I'm settled because I've been found myself in the street within minutes and I had to add un extra 50 pounds costs for booking another hotel.

Basically I was kicked out on Sunday morning the 25th of February while I paid until the 27th of February.
The receptionist told me that an email as been sent to Expedia to claim the refund of 2 days which makes approx £20 pounds but I need to wait at list 20 days.
Can I get clarified about this please.

Space between top and bottom bunks is not enough, I'm 5"2, and I kept banging my head on the metal bar. No bath mat, the floor got very wet.
No where to relax with others out side of room. No kitchen, just a microwave (I'm told it blew up last night) and water fountain. Male staff came into the female dorm repeatedly, without being announced, this is not good enough!
Less than a minutes walk to the Hammersmith Train Station, though I heard of a few people accidently getting off at a stop 18mins walk away. Be aware that there's a different train station across the road in the mall that takes you back into town.

St Christopher hostels are always in a prime location and the dorms are always disgusting like living in a dumpster. This hostel has no lift, you have to checkin in the bar, the staff is never at the reception desk, the rooms are stinky dirty bed sporadically placed in the super tiny room. The en-suite bathroom is small stinky and dirty. Luckily I stayed only one night. It was the cheapest hostel in London so I got what I paid for. If you want loud, nasty, sleep in your own vomit type of environment St Christopher is your place. If you want clean odor free with amenities book elsewhere. I don’t recommend staying at any St Christopher hostels.

Easy book-in, clean, and neat.
Loud music in the bar underneath with noise well into the morning.
I had a very inconsiderate co-sharer in my dormitory, but cannot blame the venue for that.
I would go there again.

I loved the room which is quite, clean and mainly no disturbs. Downstairs we have nice pub where live match are shown in bigger screen.
Only one drawback is the break fast it should be improve a lot in terms of timing and food items.
In my stay they closed the break fast 40 minutes before the closing time.

I have been staying at this hostel for the past 7 or 8 years. It is a convenient location and very safe. There used to be a kettle and free tea or coffee and breakfast was included in the price. I stayed at the hostel last December 2022 and that was the last time that those services were offered.

The room was clean, showers toilets clean, staff nice and obliging, bed comfortable. However, the room was over the bar and there was loud music every night until 2 am. Some night were worse than others. Friday and Saturday were worst, while mid week not so bad. Even ear plugs did not drown it all out.

Perfect location if you’re attending an event at the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo.
It’s just above Belushi’s but the writing is small so it’s easy to miss.
I’ve been to other branches of this hostel and I’m generally very satisfied with my stay every time.
The beds are comfortable, toilets/showers are clean, staff is friendly.
The only issue I had is that the music coming from the bar downstairs was too loud until very late so I had trouble sleeping even with ear plugs!

Absolutely digusting. I came up to my room to someone in my bed, then i was told they had no beds left so i had to leave ... it was so cramped and absolutely disgusting!!! Smelled awful and was generally dirty, no lift so had to carry heavy things up flights of stairs and was falling apart! Also the club below was ridiculously noisy and expensive!!

The room was small and had no where to hang clothes (no wardrobe or chest of draws), Sink in the shower room was cold water as hot tap not working, but used the sink in the seperate toilet, but the main problem was the nightclub music blaring till 2pm. we were stopping over night to continue a long journey and needed to sleep due to early rise the next day. I would have liked it to have been mentioned about the music as would not have stayed there. Breakfast was good.

Small room so got very hot when there are a number of people in there. Other guests were 35+ and we’re coming and going a lot so making noise- I know the hostel can’t control this but it gives you a good idea of what the guests are like. Clean room and decent shower. Good location particularly if going to Heathrow but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1/2 nights
