This is a great location close to everything highly recommend for family or group

So nice to sit by the pool with a view of the beach right out front.

The hotel changed our property prior I think this was because we booked a 1bedroom but it actually had two (though a queried as soon as I booked and advised it was ok) and wanted us to move to a smaller apartment to off sell the 2bedroom as we bought on a 1bedroom rate, while we agreed to the “upgrade” at the peninsula boutique as we weren’t part of the hotel we weren’t aloud to have full access ie no room cleaning, breakfast (and were queried initially if we were aloud to sit in the designated hotel guest sits at breakfast even though we were staying there and paid for our meals) or pool towels (however were provided 2at the start for 5 days) it made us feel like we weren’t part of the hotel and somewhat like 2nd class guest, this hotel its also adults only which they said would be better for a young couple, however the Port Douglas Botique Penisula was def for a much older ground, I appreciated the communication from seascape but all the strict conditions and limitations were not communicated until after we agreed to the hotel change much later or when we arrived which I wish was flagged prior to us agreeing to the change

A great time at Beaches. Really spacious and well equipped apartment. Pool fantastic and only a few steps to 4 mile beach. An easy walk to downtown Port Douglas with numerous shops bars and cafes. We will be back!

Really nice apartment and great location. View to 4 mile beach from the balcony and still in easy walking distance to the main street (shops and restaurants) and the marina (reef tours etc.) The apartment had everything we needed, including microwave, dishwasher, washingmachine etc. Only minus was that the internet connection was really poor. It gave us a bit of problems as we had some things we had to take care of back home. But if you are from Australia that would most likely not be a problem. I would definitely come back to this place again!

The location was great. The rooms are abit dated. Pool area was good.

Apartment very close to the beach. Nice swimming pool and spa area. Ample parking and BBQ facilities. No lift though so if you are at the top floor and have heavy luggages to carry, it'll be a little hard.

Really good spot walking distance to everything. We stayed on a ground level two bedroom apartment very clean and spacious and easy access to pool area.

Stayed in apartment 315. This is privately owned, so reception advised us to contact the owner on arrival. We later discovered that ( once we had access to WiFi) access details had been emailed to us by the owner. Great apartments arranged around a central pool area that has been recently renovated. Apartments are just minutes from the high street shops and restaurants, four mile beach, and the only safe swim area on it, are just across the street. Minus points; the floor of the apartment had not been cleaned, and was very dirty, ditto the dishwasher and as a result the glasses, plates and cutlery. I ran a cleaner through the washing machine, used decent dishwasher tablets and all was good after that. I swept the floor, but we still had dirty feet whenever we walked through the flat. On checkout, reception would not store our luggage for us, so we had to take everything with us to the pool area. Other guests who had booked through reception had their luggage stored. Good points; great location, spacious, well appointed apartment, with stylish bathrooms and very comfortable beds, enormous balcony that overlooks the pool and the sea. Very easy reach for Port Douglas itself. I spoke to the cleaning staff who serviced the apartment mid way through our stay regarding the floor and the dishwasher, they were friendly and said that they would pass on my comments.
