The room was new and clean. But the fact that the air conditioning was not working was a big disappointment and they really didn’t have any staff for room service.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff was always very polite and helpful. We thank them all again. The hotel is very close to public transport systems. Tram, bus stop and U-Bahn if you walk a little. We were very happy that it was close to the Central Train Station. The hotel is in a very quiet area. It was great that the windows of the rooms opened completely, so we could get plenty of fresh air. The rooms were very clean and stylish. The beds were very comfortable. There was no kettle, fridge etc. in the room, but we had chosen this knowingly, it was not a problem for us. If we come to Munich again, we would choose this hotel again. Thank you.

Lovely hotel and very convenient for Munich old town and the beer garden just up the road! The hotel is modern, clean and has enough room to be comfortable. The air con is a little dated, but kept the room cool enough for the summer nights. Parking is limited, but the spaces are large enough to accommodate vans etc. just have to watch the height restriction.

Front desk Staff was very very nice and accommodating. My only complaint was that the housekeeping did a terrible job keeping the rooms clean. Basically they just gave fresh towels.

Perfect for a short stay in Munich, it is my second time here and everything is as expected. Breakfast quality is good. The tram nearby was not working but it is close enough to the s bahn station.

The facility and my room were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The area is a great location with walkable restaurants, train stops, and easy to order Ubers that are very close by.

The room was small but it had all we needed to lay our heads and shower after a few days of touring around Munich and going to Oktoberfest. The Tram is only a block up the street offering convenience to the train station and other parts of the city. It as also only 2 stops away from Oktoberfest. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful our whole stay.

Only criticisms (1) the mattress in the bedroom kept slipping off the bed (2) there didn’t appear to be any air conditioning in the rooms which led to them being very warm

Cannot fault this Ibis, provided everything I needed for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful, place was clean and modern. It is also well located for the central bus and train stations and a 20 min walk to the city centre.

It was a very neat and modern accommodation. It was a bit far from the city, but de tramstation was close by. With the tram it's only a few minutes to get to the city center. The tram will be there every 5 minutes, so take a team ticket with it and you'll be fine.

Marsstraße tram line 16 and 17 stops in front of hotel, convenient to main tourist areas and train station. Also good continental breakfast and coffee to start the day. Unfortunately no kettle or cups in room to make a hot drink. Complimentary water only on for first day check in. Pillows too soft so not much support and duvet is thin, ok for summer but not adequate if visiting in colder months. Rooms are small so if you have big suitcase you will struggle.

Great new hotel, close to a metro station in the business district of Munich. 50 minutes from the airport by metro and 35 minutes by car.

Very good hotel, it is located in front of a tram station. It is like 10-15 walk to get to the main station. There are some bars nearby.

The staff were nice but one in particular was excellent when I accidentally scalded myself: he rushed up with a chemical cold pack as well as a towel and a bag of ice cubes.
Breakfast was good (if a bit pricey at 14€ per person per day), and the evening menu was very limited (though tasty as far as it went).
BUT the underground parking charge was outrageous - 44€ for 2 nights! No wonder it wasn’t advertised on the website.

The hotel was conveniently and centrally located. The staff was efficient and the room was nice.

Once we eventually got to the right hotel (don't get confused with the "Ibis Muenchen City" without the "Arnulfpark" in the name!), check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel are quite new, although being an Ibis hotel it is a very basic room – no fridge or safe are provided. The bed was very comfortable though, and it was quiet at night.

it was warm and clean with a fab bar and breakfast buffet! the beds were comfy and the room was very nice- quiet despite being near a main road! and an ideal location to catch train, bus or tram anywhere you pleased! great for the price that it was!
