Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, and good service. My only negative was that there was a straw and piece of bottle cap on the floor, so seems to indicate that the room wasn’t vacuumed or closely paid attention to from the prior guest.

4 stays this past summer. Great rooms, decent pool, hot tub, workout room. Family visits us some evenngs for cards and maybe Valentino's pizza in the spacious lobby/breakfast area. Great location for getting around Lincoln for us.

It was a nice room. However there is some kind of tapping noise in the wall, closest to the bed, when people use the bathroom water upstairs. Sometimes it can be annoying in the middle of the night.
The bed matress probably either needs to be rotated or replaced. There are obvious intentions on either side, where people sleep.
Otherwise it was not too bad and based on price, we may stay there again to visit our son in Lincoln.

We needed a place last minute due to plumbing issues in our house. The best west was very comfortable and convenient. What made it even better was they took pets so we were able to bring our dog with us.

My dad and I came from Texas for the Nebraska football game and this place was reasonably priced and was a great place to sleep when needed. Breakfast every morning helped start the day and if we are ever back in Lincoln we will stay here again

We stay here often because it is conveniently located and has a commons area where local family can join us to play cards while we sup on Valentino's Pizza. The rooms are great; nice pool and hot tub. Affordable price.

On par with Holiday Inn Express as far as amenities and room sizes.
They have two elevators, however only one of which was working, thus forming lines waiting for the one elevator. Front desk knew nothing about it and didn’t seem bothered by it.

This was an excellent hotel for an overnight stop on our road trip. It was extremely clean and quiet. My favorite perk was the latte machine in the breakfast area. What a treat! Would stay here over and over-from a picky hotel customer🤓

Hotel was clean and comfortable except for dog urine in the elevators and dogs allowed in the eating area. Just way too many dogs in the facility. Everything else was very good.

Wasnt able to get a normal room, our room was an accessibility room, so the upside, very spacious. There was also no rate posted on our check out since we booked w Expedia. Still very clean, great access to the I80.

Very nice place for us to stay last minute as we were passing through the area.
We needed to get on the road early the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am. We got to the breakfast area around 6:45 and it wasn’t ready yet, the coffee was already gone and the lady getting the food out didn’t seem to be in a hurry or notice the 8 people waiting for her to open up for breakfast.
Our room & stay otherwise was great except the room next to us must have had someone vaping the entire night and the smell was very strong in our room - to the point I slept with a pillow covering my face. Not the fault of the hotel, however, it may be time to update the “no smoking” policy to include “no vaping”.
Oh and bring your own decaf tea if you drink tea at night to unwind like we do. They only had caffeinated tea bags available.
All that being said, we would stay there again.
