Short and sweet

Well after a 3 day stay we found coach roaches in by our room and were moved to another room and was given a whole $26 dollars off. Will not ever stay there again and will for sure be telling friends about the coach roach issue! We were also told this has been an issue for a year now.

We stayed in the annex building. Sink was completely clogged in the bathroom. My husband had to unclog it with a butter knife. On the windows were live flies with wings. Husband also had to kill them and clean up. Cups were dirty and coffee cups had coffee rings on them. DO NOT go the lounge. It was absolutely disgusting with fruit flies everywhere. The "bartender" was a server from the restaurant and made me a drink from where the flies were coming from. I had ordered a Cesear, and the flies came off the Worcestershire lid and lemons that she PUT IN MY DRINK!! She asked if we wanted to move down the bar 2 seats until the flies " CALMED DOWN"!!!! She walked away. Came back 20 minutes later and gave us the bill. We paid and left. We didn't want to cause a scene. When I checked out the lady at the counter was annoyed. Asked me what room I was in and took the keys. Said if I wanted a receipt (which I didn't even ask for) told me to contact my booking agent.... I have stayed here once before and was not as disappointed as I was this go. It's a shame.

Being separated from the main lobby where the restaurant and lounge were was not good also the service in the lounge was bad rushed to have to leave before closing no real food only appetizers and they were poorly cooked over all not enjoyable rooms were ok nothing spectacular

The carpets were yucky and wrinkled like there was water damage it smelled like a barn, there was blood on our pillow was when we checked in

Was a good stay

We originally got placed in room 323, I will mention the room because it was so specifically bad it needs to be fixed. The connector door did not lock, so the room adjacent could have EASILY gotten in. We did get a staff member to help because it wasn’t enough justice for her to move us. My second complaint came minutes later to see the deadbolt on the door didn’t lock at this point she finally moved us rooms. 323 was dirty, had broken shelves? Smelt like cigarettes. We later got moved to 431 which is where I wished we started so we wouldn’t have gotten a bad taste. It was perfectly normal. Then I notice I was charged 90$ or so more than my hotels.com receipt. (I selected pay at property when I booked in december) this was another headache to get fixed as they tried to up the price. It did get fixed thanks to the front desk staff. But it was an annoying stay.

Convenient location super easy transportation clean.
