We were in town for a memorial service and choice this hotel based off of the reviews. This hotel was clean and convenient to the local area restaurants. The staff from check in to check out were friendly and efficient. My only two irks was the water pressure was not very good, and it took forever to get the hot water flowing. Otherwise we were very pleased with the rooms and facilities. Definitely would book here again

Room did not have any USB charger plug. There was no ice machine on the 3rd floor. Parking is very limited. Other than that it was very nice.

There’s a street light 6ft from my window that is installed backwards. It’s just a blinding light facing my windows. The curtains block about 80% of the light; but this should not the the nighttime light level.
Kinda hard to take good pictures of, windows haven’t been washed in a long time.

The bedroom AC was not cooling so we had to accommodate with just the living room AC. Also, the toilet stopped flushing at the very end of our stay.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now do to college events. After this stay it’ll probably be our last, it was $830ish dollars for 2 days during family weekend at Texas Tech and for the amount of money you want to feel like your room is clean, it’s not really all that clean and it’s old and outdated. The shower floor was cracked and brown, the furniture has stains. It’s not the worst hotel for sure and it definitely works in a pinch. It’s just not worth the money. The hotel is in a decent area but we will book somewhere else from now on for that price.

Management didn’t seem to care that we ran out of soap didn’t give us towels when we requested it. After mentioning that I ran out of soap. I told him to please refill it or give us some soap bars and they never did and the next morning when I told the manager about it, they just don’t seem to care and this is not how I like to be served as an IHG Goldmember. I’m very disappointed.

We stay here every time we come to Lubbock. The location is perfect for everything we want to do. Always clean.

One of the staff members enter our room late at night and woke my kids up and when we spoke to the GM about it he threatened to kick me out they also charged us for the room when i jad already paid expedia. Trust me find somewhere else

When we checked in, we were given a room that wasn’t ready. We were given another room when we let the front desk know the initial one wasn’t ready. The second room was also not ready and we walked in while it was still being clean. This made it awkward and the housekeeper felt rushed, which meant we ended up with a room that wasn’t cleaned. There was a gross hairball still in the bathroom and the bed looked thrown together. There was also a lot of bird waste covering the steps to the back and side entrances. We were too tired from a long drive, so we just stayed without complaint and decided we’d just write a review.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the original room we got smelled like egg. But the staff was very understanding and gave us another room.

Charges an exorbitant fee for a small per. They charge more than it is to put them up in pet boarding for a night. It’s just price gouging. And how can hotels.com show it as “pet friendly”. Hotels.com should have to show what they are likely to charge for this.

This hotel needs some updating. The carpet in our room was disgusting and damaged in many places. The shower floor was dirty, didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly from the previous guests. The curtains were stained, tile floors were dirty and they looked like they hadn’t been mopped (could see footprints from previous guest). Overall, the whole room was pretty disgusting. We booked this hotel based on the ratings from other guests….not sure how they rated this hotel so high. I wouldn’t say here again.

Stayed here may 2023 property was clean. Come back may 2024 (graduations) and property was filthy and definitely gone downhill.

The staf at the property were very friend and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately we ordered 2 room with the expectation of them being next to each other but they could not do that. Also the bath was dirt and our room was noisy but due to capacity they could not move us.

Nice area, plenty to walk to. Easy enough to park.
Adequate rooms. Service was weird though. Nothing crazy. But bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, no hot water in bathroom sink, charged two security deposits, they deleted my credit card info, they also cleared our room cards half way through the trip, so they didn’t work when we used them. Had to get new ones. Juice machine was broken as well. The staff was nice, but just seemed like too much happening.

This hotel is worn and dirty. The bed skirt had gross stains and so did the sofa and carpet. The elevator did not work and the kitchen sink water barely came out. The beds are not comfortable and the floors were so bad that they were missing grout. This hotel needs major updating. There was also a very very rude woman working the breakfast on one of the mornings. I will not stay here again.

Booked King suite, was given a nice big room however, it was a two queen/double, then moved to another tiny tiny king room And bathroom vent did not shut off and No cold water. Had to pack up again and moved to another room, however this room was facing front of hotel, and Tx Loop 289. Heard trash trucks early in morning, bang bang and the reverse beeping!! No sleep for the 2 days we were there!
