I stay 5 nights and two of them not have power no air conditioning no power at all

All was great except when we were at the pool. Seemed like they need more people. One day our drink took almost an hour for a daiquiri

Great Stay with Room for Improvement
We recently stayed at Estelar and overall, we were very happy with our experience. The location was perfect, and the amenities offered were fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
However, we did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of our room located on the 39th floor. It was not up to the standard we expected, with dirty floor (hair in bathroom area), bugs by minibar, and marks on shower glass and windows (as if not cleaned at all) soap scum on shower glass and several handprints on room window. I believe that addressing this aspect would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
I would recommend this hotel for its many positive features, but I hope they can improve their room cleanliness for future guests.

Esterlar was very nice. It’s close to airport and about a 10 to 20 minute ride to the Wall where most of the nightlife is at. Sky Bar was beautiful wish they had more to choose from Food wise alot of finger food. I would definitely stay here. You can book all your tours at Hotel that’s a plus and the pool was amazing. Beds were comfy. Shower didn’t have that much water pressure it got the job done.

Hotel Staff is amazing, from restaurants, bars, spa, gym, maintenance, security, transportation, management pool, everyone is extremely nice and professional.
Food is delicious, rooms and balcony is extremely clean.

Estelar is at a great location . It’s walkable to most shopping areas , food is close and restaurants are in close proximity. The bell man Raul is the best , he made sure I was safe every time I had to leave the premises. Overall, I would recommend this hotel 10/10

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, our room had a beautiful view, very clean, great location and all the employees were very nice and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that I could not get a basic coffee maker or water boiler in my room despite the request. However, room service was able to provide me with hot water whenever I ask. This became cumbersome for every time I need some tea and the water they brought does not stay hot for long.

Very nice and updated hotel right in front of the beach with a mall next door. Very convenient and the staff is very friendly. Room ac could be better but it was cool cough to be bearable. Overall I would stay again

This hotel is simply outstanding. The service is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the facilities and amenities are top-notch. The beautiful ocean views are the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable stay. One of the best hotels in Cartagena, hands down.

The pictures do not serve it justice. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing. They have a Skylounge that you wouldn’t want to leave. All of their staff are friendly and efficient. The room was more space than me and my 2 guests needed. I was surprised to learn that it was not considered a 5 star hotel. I would recommend this to friends and family and I will be back.

Staff was amazing . & hotel pool , skier , and food were great!!! The only concern was the room was very dim , and bathroom had a weird smell like sewage . It wasn’t a deal breaker though. I would totally stay again

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Everything is just a 5-15 minute Uber ride away, making it the ideal location to enjoy Getsemani, the old town, and all the rooftop bars, including Old walled City.
