Lovely hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the Kings Head Hotel ….

Booked literally last minute after being let down by another hotel. Room was ready as soon as we got there and check in was easy. Room was huge with a large bathroom and it was very modern. Would definitely stay again.

Air conditioning not working & water leaking which damped the floor & wood frame on the bathroom door that is causing mould

It’s a tired hotel that needs a refubishment sooner rather than later.

Staff was very friendly and housekeeping did a wonderful job daily

I liked this room a lot and apart from the bedside lights not working it was in good condition. Friendly hotel with quiet comfortable calm rooms. I’ve stayed a lot here and like it!

The room is so small and it’s hard to move inside but very friendly crew , clean rooms and bathroom I just think the size of the furniture could have got adjusted

If I had to stay in Acton again, I WILL be going here. Extremely impressed with the service, the safety, and the bar. The room alone is high quality with instant A/C and heating. The rooms are larger than they appear in the picture. Would recommend to anyone, compliments to the staff.

Decent housing for a decent price, expect nothing more. We needed a room to sleep and store bags in during the days when we were out and about in London and it served that purpose. The room was decent by UK standards I would say but if you started to scrutinise it you probably would be disappointed. Stain on the wall could be seen in certain light (probably old liquid someone spilled and never cleaned up) and the second day I found one or two strands of hair in the freshly made bed that wasn't ours. I have paid more for Air B&B:s in London that where worse off than this so I can't complain though. Turned on the "Do not disturb" sign when we left for the day and came back and the room was made up anyway both days. No worries but worth a notice. Had a breakfast menu in the room with prices and everything but when we went down to the pub the first morning there wasn't anyone there except a cleaning lady that didn't give us any attention so we went out and ate at Morrisons around the corner instead. Same thing second day. Third day when we checked out I asked about breakfeast and was refered to a place around the corner instead. Had an issue with the safety deposit box (previous code wasn't removed) that was sorted within 30 minutes of pointing it out so that was positive. Thursday night/evening they apparently slayed cats in the pub (or if they called it Karaoke night perhaps?) which was slightly noisy even though we had a room in the other end of the hotel.

All staff members were pleasant and helpful. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and was relaxing. I attempted to change my departure date the week before arrival, and I was not allowed to do so. My itinerary had changed, so I needed to checkout a day sooner. Despite not needing the room, I still was charged for the night’s stay.

It was a pleasant stay and I would like to stay again soon.

Great place with a Pub/Restaurant attached. Paul and Lily in the Pub were fantastic.

Anwar rendered excellent customer service. Clean room, decorated to a high standard. Enjoyed the sing along and dance along. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Don’t not believe all the negative feedback

Smelled horrible. The person in the room before us definitely housed cats. Also the fans and air conditioning don’t work.

A great value if staying overnight at Heathrow. Very close to the Tube stop just before Heathrow T2, T3, T5. A nice room for overnight at half the price of hotels by the airport which are actually harder to get to Heathrow that on the Picadilly Tube.

I had quite the evening with a flat on my rental and trying to get that sorted and the front desk host was amazing. He was understanding with all my crazy request (even when i asked for a vacuum for or vacuum seal bag haha). I was a mess and noone ever got upset at me.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. I stayed one night but would stay again. The downside to this hotel is the location, it’s 20-25 minutes into central London. For the price, though, the commute is worth it

No breakfast available even though was booked the previous night. Parking used was an online parking booking on a local Morrisons supermarket car park!

Really great stay awesome staff, only problem was the AC didn’t seem to work but the window opened which was fine.

The room airconditioning, safe, bathroom fan, lights, skylight blind did not work. The elevator worked sporadically. The room had no windows. Towel rail, toilet roll holder, bath plug were broken and missing with brackets left protuding out of the wall. The room was noisey, with staff trying to re-enter rooms across the hall at 3am in the morning. Staff seemed disinterested in resolving problems. Value for money was extremely low.

Hotel looks amazing, bed very comfortable! Staff friendly and pub atmosphere + food nice! Could be cleaned better eg in lift (dead fly squashed on wall still there after 3 days), and hallways always needed a vacuum. Our room had a window but curtain showed a 1m gap outside looking in a triangle at another 2 windows one of which was in the hallway so we never opened it. I would definitely ask for a room with a view, didn't like no natural light.

Comfortable and easy going hotel ideal for a writing bolt hole:)
