Good location, lots to do around the area. There is a lot of construction in the area so it can be quite noisy. Everything was as you’d expect in an apartment for that price. Nice (but small) rooftop pool and deck with bbq - but no towels provided.
Good base if your planning to get out all day.

During our recent stay, we found the reception staff to be courteous and welcoming. While the apartment's overall condition was satisfactory, we did notice some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness. Specifically, the fan was excessively dusty, causing dust particles to become airborne and settle on our bed. We took the precaution of cleaning the fan and bed ourselves to mitigate the risk of dust allergies for our children. Overall, our stay was acceptable, but attention to detail regarding cleanliness would enhance the experience.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and informative and check in was quick and easy. The rooms are well kept with nice decor and very comfortable beds. Great location for exploring South Bank and the city being right next to Fish Lane and other restaurant precincts. You must try Roddy's Rib Shack downstairs, it's amazing! Although it was a little cold for swimming, the roof top pool and bbq area also looks very inviting. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

This is in a fantastic location. Unfortunately the pool was closed while we were there and this was the main reason we selected this hotel over other options. Maybe double check before you book this if you want to use the facilities.

We had a fantastic family weekend away. Soda apartment was central to everywhere we planned to visit. The building was safe and all that we encountered when entering, exiting and riding the lifts were extremely friendly and courteous. One lady checked if we were okay with her bringing her dog on the lift with us. Will be staying here again when we next visit Brisbane.

This was a brilliant option for our stay in Brisbane. A beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony and view, easy walk to loads of restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage upon early arrival and after check out which was super convenient. Great amenities and a generous apartment for your stay. Definitely great value and would highly recommend - we would stay again!

Excellent accommodation close to food, supermarkets and entertainment. Good gym on the second floor and great rooftop pool and BBQ area. Very private and quiet in the building, only a little daytime noise from the construction, but was disclosed at time of booking and was fine. Friendly service and other occupants.

Great location and varied dining options, all in walking distance. Check in experience really simple, especially given that we arrived later in evening and the reception was closed. Text messages received prior to our arrival providing very clear and simple instructions on where to get our room key. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. On first glance, the apartment looked nice, but it was actually quite dirty - the floor was mysteriously very sticky, the glass doors had smears all over them, dirty mirrors in the bedroom, and there was black mold growing in the shower. The table on the balcony had bird droppings on it.

I checked in on friday afternoon, that was the last i saw of anyone the office was closed all weekend, i asked for information about local stuff ( re : hotel brocure) and was told they dont do that, they werent open for help with a taxi , it was advertised there was a gym but i looked for one and not there, if your looking for a hotel with front desk help or communication this is not the place but clean and comfortable except the pool water was cloudy and i slipped as i couldnt see the bottom.

Another disappointment was the three new towers that have been built blocking the city view we had paid for. Yet pictures still show this view on booking sites.Especially the girl in the pool at night time !!

No vaccuum to clean. A broken 1 in the cupboard but apparently they no longer provide them. Instead you are expexted to use an old brush coated with other peoples hair and dust to clean the carpets.
No table on balcony. 2 dining chairs springs broken so fall through. No undersheet for the bed and the top sheet wasnt even big enough for the bed. Crockery in poor condition. Ac only in 1 bedroom making it very uncomfortable to sleep. And major building works next door means you get woken at 530am anyway .
Would never stay here again. They clearly dont care or take pride else these issues would have been resolved having been raised by previous guests.

The common areas weren’t air conditioned and very hot when walking through.There was a blind missing from the window in the lounge room;there was old food on cutlery in the kitchen drawer and ice in the fridge under the crisper which melted onto the floor.

It's our family's first time in Brisbane and having chanced upon this apartment is such a big advantage. The unit is spacious, well-kept and in such a great location. I love how we can just walk around the Southbank and hit multiple 'tourist' locations such as the Queensland Museum, Gallery of Modern Art, etc. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will book again when we visit Brisbane. My only suggestion is to provide cleaning tools (such as broom, dust pan, microfibre cloth) as I personally would like clean floors especially if we go and walk everyday. Otherwise, this is such a perfect accommodation!

Liked the apartment. Plenty of room. Liked the balcony too. The bed was so comfotable. Didnt like the small pool..wouldn't suit kids. There was bit of construction noise but we closed doors and had airconditioning on another plus. Not enough good tv channels..a good sports channel or movie channel would have been good. Great for restaurants and access to lovely Southbank for swimming and food and drinks. All up a good price even adding 25 per night parking. We needed to pay this as we didnt book direct with them..so something to remember. Pretty good for value.

Really modern, comfortable bed, great Gas hob, good amenities and really useful to have a washer dryer and dishwasher too, can request extra amenities such as washing up liquid or dishwasher powder whenever you want at one extra cost. The view is amazing too and the pool is great on the rooftop!

Great apartment with separate bedroom. Close to QPAC which is why we stayed here. Two grocery shops train station bus station all close. Very busy outside with traffic and new construction of apartments but quiet in our room.

If you are staying in brissy, this place at the same price i got it for around that 150 p/n is a great place to stay. I had late check in, it was seamless. The apartment is nice, furniture abit average though. Easy access to some great restaurants, grocery store, train station.
