My towels were collected and never replaced. I had to ask the front desk clerk for more. She acted like it was an inconvenience for her to replace my towels. I did not appreciate her attitude. I doubt that I would choose this facility in the future. Plus the beds were too high off the floor making it difficult to get up on.

Overall the hotel was old and dirty. There is no water pressure and the body wash dispenser was empty. The elevator was dirty and none of the buttons light up for the floors.

Our stay was not so good. We were scheduled for two nights, however the morning after our first night we woke up to ants in both beds. Our clothes that were laid out in the table for the next morning also had ants all over them. The the hotel had us load up all of our stuff and move to another room. They then stated that they could only give us a 30% discount in a future stay with them.

They have you upload a picture of your drivers license, credit card and vehicle info before checking in and then make you do it again when you check in. It’s a total waste of time!
Bring your own body wash. They give you one bar of soap and two tiny bottles of shampoo for two people.

Was a good hotel but they display a lot of rules that are unusual of hotels weve been to. Such as u cant bring breakfast to ur room to eat. Rules of making sure the room card is returned upon check out.

Sheets were stained. The bathroom still had hair all over it. Had a wet smell. Breakfast was disgusting with soggy sausage and rock hard biscuits. We reserved one room based on a picture and the fact we had a family of 5. We didn’t get that. We got a 4 person room. When I asked the desk clerk did get me a roll away, but it was also stained and seemed broken. Thankfully my teenager didn’t mind. Very disappointed. Won’t stay there again.

While the property is fairly new, it has elements that distract from the neatness. For example, there is a large sign near the elevator that is posted with clear packing tape that is peeling and leaving the area unattractive. The vents to the a/c are extremely dusty. The furniture is scratch and marred in several places. The a/c control is misleading and difficult to understand. The clock in the room is not set to the correct time and challenging to figure out. Each of these is minor but as a whole it is unappealing.

I came here for pre-op for Lubbock Heart Hospital. Thinking it was only bloodwork and I was going to have time to come before check out time at 11. Well it was a variety of ultrasounds, x-rays and bloodwork. They were so understanding and let me check out at 1 pm with a fee of only $25. I absolutely love this place and their customer service. I have stayed at many different hotels when I come to Lubbock and this one tops them all! Good job guys.

So.. showed up and politely asked if I could check-in at 13:30.. the place was empty. I was told that my room was ready, but I’d need to pay an early-check-in fee.. I declined. 30-minutes later, I checked in.. discovered we had no towels, no shampoo or conditioner, no body wash, and the refrigerator was broken. I got new towels, but ended up going to Walmart for shampoo and body wash. … add in the powdered eggs, lack of fruit, horrible coffee, and packet oatmeal at breakfast.. meh.. it just isn’t worth anywhere near what I paid.

It was an ok stay. The pillows were smaller than a standard size pillow which was odd and uncomfortable. The sink plug was stuck in the closed position so I had to remove it to be able use the sink. The AC on the floor we were on must have been off or broken as it was pretty warm around the mid 80s though the AC worked in room. Mostly, just an ok stay and probably wont go back.

I booked a room for 6 of us. Myself, husband, and kids. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and in poor conditions. The 2 nights I stayed there my restroom sink was clogged and no one ever checked it. The first night there were no essentials (soap, shampoo, etc.). Also, the next day when I asked for towels housekeeping only brought in 1 big towel and 1 of each of the smaller ones, so I just ended up using my own.
However, the young girl I spoke at the front desk was very friendly, respectful, and empathetic. I really did appreciate her sincere apology.

The hotel was convenient to everything, the room was clean. We had a double bed (4) people in the room and was only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Recommendation: accommodate the number of guests staying in the room. Like some other people noted the walls are really thin, the bed was as hard as a brick, and the breakfast was just cereal, pastry's, juice, milk, coffee. We felt safe and was only here for 1 night. I would recommend if someone was looking to stay close to the college for move in/out.

Our stay was fine. The biggest issues was not having enough towels and in our bathroom the toilet was wobbly. The staff was friendly and were trying the best to accommodate.
