Repeat stay for Dodger series. Staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Area is being renovated so many upgrades have made the area most enjoyable.

I wish they would let us know when there is a party they makes the bar inaccessible. I would not have booked this room had I known that.

Great stay, no changes needed

We stayed at The Maven in August 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Great location. Cool vibe. Very convenient. However, when we came back this time to continue our home search, we were hit with a few big no-nos that really soured our stay. First - you have to request housekeeping, which is completely fine. However, we did and no one came to clean the room. Second - perhaps the worst issue. The Maven uses a key system that ties to an app on your phone. That app acts as your key to access the elevators and your room. Since I made the reservation, neither my son nor my husband's name was on the reservation. However, they were both provided "keys" to their phone numbers/phones as well. My husband and I were at the bar and I decided to head upstairs at 10:30. Phone didn't work. So - I had to get them to give me a key, no sweat. When my husband tried to come upstairs at 11:50, his phone didn't work. The front desk told him that I had changed access and that they couldn't give him a key. No call to the room. No verification that he had a "key" previously. Nothing. So he had to get another room to stay in. When I awoke around 5am and noticed he wasn't there - I went downstairs where they told me what had happened. Unacceptable. Needless to say they refunded the other room, but what crappy service.

Great location near Coors Field with great restaurants, food & drink!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location was great. Having the market and alley with shops and bars was so fun and convenient. The free happy hour for Hotels.com rewards members was a great perk! But overall, the best part of our stay was the staff! They were incredible: friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer questions and provide recommendations. We will definitely stay here again and recommend The Maven to anyone staying in Denver!

The location of The Maven was ideal. Walking distance to Coors Field, Union Station, the convention center and the Pavilion at 16th St Mall. The hotel itself is super cool with tons of places to eat and drink. Free coffee at Huckleberry every morning and cocktail hour 4-6 every evening with a token for a free drink. Additional discounts including buy 2 drinks at Poco Lola get an appetizer for free. Overall an amazing experience

Thought I chose an area with more walkable restaurants and artsy shops. I think RiNo and LoDo would’ve been better for our stay, but the hotel is great.

The front staff was overwhelmed and the wait was terrible.

I loved the location, the staff, and the room, everyone was very kind. That was why it was so surprising that the complimentary coffee shop, the Huckleberry staff, did not provide that same great customer service. Surely, this was just an off day for them, but I will either walk to Starbucks or Morning Jones in the future. However, again the motel itself was lovely.

The Maven was the perfect property for my family and I’s recent summer vacation. It’s a fun property with lots to offer. The food hall downstairs was clean and had many great options for picky eaters. Happy Hour daily was a wonderful surprise. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Coors stadium is within a quick walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We always try to stay here when we are in Denver. The Milk Market is great on property. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. And the location is great, can’t really get better.

The Maven was in such a convenient area near Union Station. The area was so clean and we felt so safe. There were many options for food and the area was so walkable. Only issue is that the property didn't have a gym.
