We picked this location because of the area and the closeness to Carowinds. Very clean, nice pool and great closed-in space for the backyard. I will definitely book this place in the future.

Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them.

The accommodations were excellent and had everything we needed. The host was responsive. Highly recommend.

This was a great home we stayed in. It was like 15 minutes away from where we played ball. The only thing we didn’t like was that only one bedroom had a tv. Other than that the home was great!

We were visiting for the UCI BMX World championship. Our accommodations were confortable and convenient.

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. Easy to find. We didn't use the grill or outside area as it had been raining but it was nice and private. I'd definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a disc golf tournament. This property was perfect in location as it was just 5 minutes from 2 of the courses and 15 from Winthrop. The property itself was well kept and more than suitable for our needs. I highly recommend booking this property.

It was a great location. We could visit family but still have our space. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were “way flat”! TV was confusing as it was all apps and internet! We are “old” school - so used to cable TV! Would definitely stay there again. 😊

This place was immaculate. Very spartan furnishings and zero decorations. Only 1 table lap in whole condo. Would suggest table lamp in each bedroom and maybe luggage rack. It was really perfect and much greater accommodation than a hotel!! I'd stay here again!

This is one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in! I do think it would be helpful in the listing to note that it is a two-story unit. My kids are older, but if I had younger kids, I would not have been comfortable sleeping on a different floor than they were. I think adding to the listing that one bedroom is on the second floor and the other two were on the first floor could help families with younger children plan better. I agree with previous reviewers that the kitchen is not super well stocked. We ate out for all but one meal, so for us this was not an issue, but I do think there could be a little more options in the kitchen including some foil and Ziploc bags for leftovers. I loved having a washer and dryer right there, as we did have to use it once to wash a shirt that my son spilled something on. I was disappointed to see that the mattresses and pillows did not have fully encased covers on them. Our family has a summer rental in Ohio, and we put the fully encased covers on all of the mattresses and pillowcases. No matter how clean you keep a rental, there is always a risk of a renter bringing in bedbugs! This would be a simple and inexpensive addition. It would also help when families have little ones that may wet the bed. There were a few stains on the queen size mattress on the second floor. A cover can be replaced or laundered much easier than a mattress can be. Thicker pillows would also be great addition. Otherwise great rental and we would stay again.

Property was very clean but was lacking in other aspects. Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and flat. There were not a lot of little touches that rentals seem to have (tissues, alarm clock, fan, extra cooking things, shampoo, etc). Kitchen supplies incredibly limited. Just wasn't a very welcoming feeling unit

We had a nice family Christmas with our kids and grand kids. The condo was clean and well supplied.

This unit was clean and a great deal for the price. Robbie was easy to reach and was always promptly responsive.

This place was just what we needed. It had a cute backyard space and great location with a short distance to Rock Hill.

Place was so cozy and just as described. In fact seemed more spacious and felt more at home than I was even expecting. There is not much equipment to cook so would recommend bringing kitchen stuff with you or adjusting meals accordingly. Had a lovely visit and would come back in a heartbeat!

Great place, very clean. We felt there were not many of the daily utensils in the kitchen and for grilling.

This place set the bar higher for us for future travels. Everything was neat as a pin and extremely clean. We loved having access to a washer/dryer. Neighborhood was very peaceful. If there were 6 stars I’d rate at that level.

We highly recommend this home which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The property manager is great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a family of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My boyfriend and I were in town for a race at the velodrome and this was 3 miles from the race. It was very spacious and clean.

Easy check in process. The home was clean and had all you needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. This townhome was on the end of a row so was nice not having people on both sides. The host was very good about responding back to text messages. Best of all price was good and a lot more room than a hotel.
