Trevor greeted us at the front door with a smile, even though we had a late check in. Our room was very comfortable with great views out over the water. Had a hearty breakfast every morning served by very friendly staff. We left before breakfast on our last day. Trevor made us a bag lunch for our trip. Glentower was a great choice.

The breakfast was fabulous. They were very accommodating and in a great location within walking distance to the town.

We had a 2 night stay at the Glentower B&B last weekend. The accommodation was brilliant and the owner Catriona was very welcoming. Amenities were perfect and as expected and during this period of covid 19 the cleanliness was of a very high standard which made us feel completely safe. Perfect location for walking into the town. Would highly recommend a stay here

The room was immaculate with a lot of attention to details. Special mention to the bathroom which has a superb shower cubicle and fantastic toiletries. The cooked breakfast was very good, and staff full of attention. The property location is also very good with a number of good restaurants within walking distance, and the pedestrian street nearby. I would definitely consider staying there again next time I am up in Fort William.

The staff here are extremely polite, so welcoming and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. The breakfast was lovely (even though it doesn't have beans on!!) Haha but everything about our stay was perfect. Very quick and easy check in and check out and always someone there to help.

Very nice quality B&B within a short walk of Fort William, with excellent breakfast and very welcoming hosts. Plus the Cow Hill circular walk goes past the front entrance.

We had a fantastic stay at the Glentower Lower Observatory. The owners, a married couple, were so sweet. The breakfast was good, and on a day when we had an early start they offered to pack a lunch for us in lieu of breakfast. Our room was amazing - we had a Tower Room which had a circular sitting area, perfect for when we had to work during our holiday. The room was very comfortable and adequately supplied with everything that might be needed away from home. Our river view was also great and unobstructed. The location of the B&B was perfect, just a couple minutes work to the start of the main shopping street in Fort William.

Excellent. First time we stayed in Fort William. Both Trevor and Catriona made us feel very welcome. Room was lovely looking into garden. Breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed. COVID 19 compliant. We will return.

Great location, amazing breakfast, and a 5-star service. The owners were just lovely and accommodating of all our requests and even called restaurants and the castle to make reservations for dinner for us. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place.

Wow! This property was amazing. I am very glad they had availability when our holiday plans changed last minute. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, providing recommendations on dinning and local sites. The room was large, clean, and well decorated including bathroom amenities (even conditioner which has been hard to come by). Included breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. This was a perfect experience and we so hope to return.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with hot & cold choices, full Scottish breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs etc. The owner recommended some great places to eat & drink and told us us how to tickets for the Jacobite train which was sold out on line. All in all, the hotel was fabulous and a great base to explore the highlands from

From check in to breakfast to the quality of the really beautiful bedroom and bath, nothing was left undone or skipped to make your stay anything but perfect.

Fabulous B and B overlooking the Loch and Five minutes walk from the centre of town. Could not be cleaner and lots of unique charm to our ensuite. Quiet, good parking and Very comfortable We will return

Wonderful stay. Nice atmosphere great staff and good food. So handy to Ft William shops and pubs.

Walking distance to downtown. Room quality is good and spacious. No lift service. Breakfast is fine.
