We loved our stay here! The roominess of the upstairs apartment was exactly what we needed during our 2 week trip to Iceland.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the place. It was a perfect central spot for our road trip, so even though it was a little in the middle of nowhere, it was a great location for a few days in the south. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone going to the same area.

These apartments are in a great location! The family apartment is small but comfortable. There is no washer (that photo must be a different apartment), but had everything else we needed, comfortable beds, and sufficiently dark shades for us. Be aware that you have to climb a set of steep stairs with no handrail to get to the living area (not an issue for us, but may be important for some with accessibility issues). My kids loved the curious lamb that hands around the apartment. Would stay here again.

It was a clean, spacious and modern two bedroom apartment. The location is convenient to local waterfalls and the setting is remote yet beautiful.

A nice stay after a trip to the Golden Circle. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and cozy. It's located in a remote area, so it's really dark and quiet at night. We are satisfied overall.

We really liked this little studio apartment. It gave us the freedom to come and go as we pleased and we could make our own meals. Everything was modern/new and very comfortable. It was very close to the ring road and thus other places that we wanted to visit. Enjoyed our stay!

Location on Google Map is off road, just follow the direction forward the address. Great hostel which have everything we need!

The place on Road 247, very close to Seljalandsfos. Beautiful surroundings. The place is clean and the spacious. The owner is very nice.

We love the location (a little away from the main road but can still see it from our room), the room and the amenities provided in the room. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

This place was clean and newly built in modern style, and had everything like your home. I found sheeps around the house in the morning, and such a lovely place. We enjoyed.

Kviholmi was fantastic and a hidden gem. If you try to route to this property, Google Maps will try to tell you to go down a road that doesn't exist. Look for a sign by the Ring Road/main road that says "247 Fornusandar 6" and turn onto the gravel road beside this sign. This road looks like it is parallel to the non-existent road on Google. You will see some farmhouses in front of you, further down the road. Keep going straight and then turn left at a sign for Kviholmi. Tip: before coming to Kviholmi, I suggest that you stop for groceries and gas/petrol either in Vik or Hvolsvöllur, depending on the direction you are driving. We really, really enjoyed our stay at Kviholmi apartments. It was simple and clean, and in the middle of a farm, so we got to watch the adorable lambs run around. We also spoke with Gunnar, just about the economy in general, where to eat, and where to find the ferry. He was really nice and made us feel very welcome. Kviholmi was soooo quiet, as well, so we slept really well.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and amenities provided at Kviholmi. The owner Gunnar was at the property when we arrived, so we did not need to use the lockbox checkin. We were upgraded to a larger room. The property has views of the mountains to one side, the Westmann Islands to the other. Sheep gambol in the green fields. Comfortable beds, good bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Top marks all around.

公寓很好，很大，而且还便宜。就是定位是错的，我们开车过去发现老板在错的地点等我们。然后把我们带去公寓。The apartment is good and cheap. It's very close to Seljalandsfoss. But the Google positioning is wrong. We arrived at the wrong place and found the apartment owner waiting for us there. And took us to the right place.

Place was excellent, but a little hard to find. Google did not find it correctly. Maps.me did. A little difficulty with the keybox, but they sorted it out very quickly by sending someone over in less than 10 min. Very clean and comfortable.

Home feel. We can see the northern light around the house.

The beds were very comfortable, and the space was large enough to spread out. Free onsite parking. The bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled and the kitchen was really nice. When we pulled up the owner happened to be there, and he was super nice. We had a good discussion and he gave us a good restaurant recommendation. Theres only a couple restaurant options within a 20 minute drive, since it is pretty remote, and they close around 9pm (probably earlier in winter). So plan ahead for that. And the road in and out is pretty rough if you rent a tiny car, but its not far off Highway 1. Overall, great spot. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again if we go back.
