I was disappointed at how their credit card system was not working. My husband paid the $150 deposit but the machine wasn’t working properly. He was charged twice. The front desk stated that the extra charge would come off in a few minutes. That didn’t happen. The next day the double charge was still showing. I was then told that he would have to wait 3/5 days before he would be credited back the double deposit. I also saw another customer two hours later have the same issues. The front desk stated that this machine had been doing this all day. If this was happening all day then someone higher up should have been notified.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaints are lack of towels in toom and at the pool. Only had 3 towels in the room but needed 4. Called front desk and was told they were being washed and would have some soon. 3 hours later still no towels were available. Went to the pool and there were no towels at all and front desk had the same response, being washed. Also the indoor pool is not heated so it was very cold.

The room was clean. However the air conditioner was hard to regulate. It was cold. Also, the bathroom door was too hard to close because it rubbed against the floor. There was also hair in my towel. Everything else seemed clean.

The hotel looks like it’s an old building that has been renovated. It has potential, but it’s not very clean. The staff weren’t very friendly upon arrival and barely acknowledged me when I came inside to check in. When getting ready for bed I noticed something under the bed. It was a piece of food with dozens of ants crawling on it and around it. I alerted the front desk and they moved us to the next room over. That room was slightly cleaner but I could tell that floor had not been vacuumed either. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped, and the towels had wads of hair in them. Overall, this was not a good stay and I would not recommend it. It’s a cute hotel in a decent location, but does not have good service and is not being properly maintained.

Extremely thin walls, could hear conversations through the wall. Never saw housekeeping, just wanted clean towels. Front desk didn’t have towels and that particular staff (female) wasn’t helpful. Sink was clogged. Ottoman had several stains.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel was in a convenient location right next to a few shops and a grocery store which was nice. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the room I booked was not what I received. I booked a king with sofa and they put me in a double and said I had to pay more if I wanted the room I originally booked which I’m not sure why that was the case. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I only stayed overnight, but it was clean, quiet and safe. On site dining options are limited but there are places to eat and shop right across the street. I would definitely stay again.
