Room not cleaned. Told I did not request room clean. I had no idea I needed to request my room clean. The TV did not work. Went to have coffee at 6:30 am and it was not open despite posted schedule 6am to 10am

Make sure when you give a person a room that everything is in working. They gave me and my husband a room that the A/C on one side did not work and the refrigerator did not work.

I love the communication of confirmation of the reservation, text reminders and all other communication before arrival. The rooms were huge, I was traveling with my daughters and my 5-month-old grandson who never sleeps but slept very well in your hotel. I love love the diversity of staff. the front desk person was very professional. I was accommodated with a crib for my grandson. I love the free parking and how I felt safe. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel but the atmosphere was very light and jovial. I loved being near the shopping center I walked to starbucks and was close to Summit Field Reservation which was only 15 minutes away.

I didn't like the water pressure of the shower, it was too low. A complimentary breakfast wasn't offered. I did feel safe staying there but I would have felt safer if only the guests had access to go on the elevator with their access cards. The pool was closed, we didn't like that.

There were hair in bed sheets and pillows when I first checked in. They gave me new sheets but didn't give me the right size.

The place is lovely and I did enjoy myself my stay but the person over my room make noise the whole time I was there and I reported it and no one did anything about it so I don’t think I will be coming back but I like the hotel and I still have to paid for it.

I have to leave early because the noise started to give a headache and I could sleep checking out at 8 in the morning is my good .

The room itself was wonderful -- very comfortable bed, nicely decorated, loved the shower/bathroom!

Their dining options were limited -- not many items on the menu; the bar didn't have club soda (!!). Room service would have been nice.

the property is beautiful. they let us stay in the pool a little after it should have closed. the front desk reps were very warm and welcoming. they also allowed us to do a late check out. The room was clean and comfortable

they seem a little short staffed. the server called out so getting breakfast was interesting. we thought breakfast was complimentary but it wasn’t. only coffee, tea and fruit. the fruit was not in great shape.

Never stayed!! Hotel called me an hour before check in saying due to a “system glitch” they are overbooked and canceled my stay!! I was left scrambling to find another place to stay. It was a horrible experience and I will never even try to book with this hotel again. Money is also pending in my account and you bet they will hear from me if they try to take it!

Location was convenient to where I needed to go. Room was clean and I enjoyed getting upgraded to a suite.

Horribly loud noise from room above us. Barely slept because of it. Ordered only French toast and took so long I had to cancel it because I needed to be somewhere. The shower had no hot water. Very disappointed in my stay.

Enjoy the accomadations and walking distance to stores for shopping nnear highway to travel to other destination

Had to ask for daily room cleaning and towels the first day. We were not told at reception that it was required.

The gym is very clean and up to date with equipment. The pool is also a nice area as well.

Laundry area needs to be clean more frequently. The washer machine and dryer inside needs to be sanitize specifically.
