Fabulous accessibility room and whole hitel

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. From the moment we entered the building until the moment we checked out, our stay was magnificent! An experience which will remain with us both. We will absolutely return, even if only for the day, to experience the feast! An indulgence of exquisite cuisine. Great Staff and the rooms are wonderful

First time staying at The Ned and what a delightful hotel. Made even better by the upgrade to a suite! Love the spa and restaurants and overall vibe of the hotel. Staff were excellent too. Slight downside is the service wasn't the best at dinner.

The hotel was fine....was it the best 5 star hotel experience....no it was not...but it was 5 star and it was a nice trip.

Upbeat, great atmosphere to socialize and enjoy some evening event, safe and well structured. Staff are well trained, restaurants are good and most of all it’s gorgeous building with its charming yet modern feel, wonderful ambience to spend a whole week to enjoy London.

This is a truly gorgeous hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is also superb.

Faultless service, well stocked room and very comfortable. Right next to Bank tube station so easy to get around.

Disappointing first stay at the Ned. Service & help from staff wasn’t very good. Information at check in was here’s your key, thanks. That’s after we were told we’d be called when the room was ready, understandably it wasn’t ready when we arrived at 13:00 but didn’t hear anything until 15:30 when we went back to reception & it was ready we’d just not been notified. Bar & restaurant areas were lovely & bar staff friendly. We typically stay in hotels of a similar standard but for the cost of the room we didn’t think it was great. Overall a disappointing stay.

The atmosphere and hotel was first class from start to finish including the gym and spa. The building is amazing.

What an amazing hotel! Beautiful interiors and a wonderful atmosphere. Lots of original feature and definitely worth going down stair to have a look at the vault. Breakfast available in three restaurants until 11:30. Amazing choices of restaurants, trued the Italian and the steak house, both great. A great base in London so close to bank tube station. Stayed in a cosy room, 626.

Amazing hotel all around !!!! My go to place every time I'm in London on business - would not stay any where else if I'm going to my office there which is a 5 minute walk Love everything about it. I'm usually at the Ned 2-3 times per year. Worth every penny :)

The Ned is unique in its self - the history behind the Hotel is interesting. Staff are plentiful and very eager to help. Nothing seems to much effort. Certainly one to recommend. Only disappointment is not enough time for a child to enjoy the fun of being in a pool

Great place, worth the spend

Expensive for what it was. Room was dark and echoey but was clean. Was disappointed to be charged a service charge for each pricey drink we had and on top of the rate quoted. I’m not sure we received good enough service to have the best part of £50 in service charges taken. I’ve never experienced that in a hotel before. Will be sticking to my usual hotel in future!

Interiors are beautiful, staff are welcoming, and restaurant food good to (great dining choices!). Spa impressive as well as their pool! Not teenage friendly unfortunately, so for all the reasons I chose this hotel to have quality alone time with my son (15 years old), he couldn't workout with me, use the spa, or even have a massage! He was only allowed to use the outdoor deck pool with the toddlers between 7am and 10am. Oddly enough, I was not allowed to join him swimming as it was for children only! Further more the roof terrace pool and restaurant is not accessible unless you are a Ned member (again wish I had known this. My Soho House membership wasn't accepted. Bedroom was clean, nice amenities, good cosy bed and linen to! Our room was a strange shape - being triangular on one side, with the windows having a gloomy view into another wall a few feet across. We have stayed at other amazing hotels in central London with no hassles using their pool, spa or gym (and staff even being felixible above and beyond). Hopefully The Ned will evolve a bit here.

Beautiful Hotel buzzing atmosphere , however had an awful check in experience where they were trying to charge us for 2 rooms regardless of me showing them my 1 booking , exceptionally badly dealt with and tainted our stay
