We were just passing through the area on our way to Clearwater, so had a super short stay (checked in around 11pm and out 8am). Staff was very friendly, hotel clean and quiet. Area around hotel seemed safe. If needed, would for sure stay at this location again.

Other than changing our room type, the stay was uneventful and the staff was great!

Five star hotel except: Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. No microwave was offered in the room or anywhere in the hotel. Bathroom layout was unusually open so it could not be shared with clear glass shower wall/door instead of opaque and no divider between toilet and sink or shower so only one could use at a time. And no iron/ironing board to touch up dress clothes. But uncommonly nice staff at front desk, in dining room as waitress for breakfast and cleaning staff. And lots of nice restaurants/entertainment in walking distance and shopping minutes away. And not far from campus.

Extremely friendly and we'll trained staff, beautifully maintained building and facilities, upscale lobby and accommodations at a reasonable price point. This will become my "go to" choice in Gainesville.

This hotel is our go-to when visiting UF. It is clean, has beautiful decor, and has a friendly staff. Parking is great, and shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

The property is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and seem almost new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free and easy parking in an enclosed facility beside the hotel. Excellent value as well.

Allison did a great job of getting me checked in, answering my questions, etc. She was very professional and courteous!

Our air conditioning shut off during the middle of the night. It was broken and left us in warm conditions

They call me the day I was supposed to check in at 7pm to tell me that there was no room. I could not find another room in Gainesville at that time and had to sleep in my son's kitchen. Worst experience ever

We came to this hotel because we needed shelter from a hurricane during our trip. The hotel is wonderful, it is the cleanest and most comfortable hotel we have stayed in with our dogs. The service is top-notch, and the staff is very nice. Many thanks to Alison for being so attentive to us! Thank you for allowing pets to stay for free due to the hurricane!

Beds and pillows were amazing! Hotel and ground were beautiful. Loved the fitness room. Many restaurants in walking distance. Only complaints: no microwave in the room (my fault for not seeing this when booking) and I don't know what the maids are using to mop, but it leaves the floor sticky to bare feet! All the employees were super friendly and seemed to enjoy being at work!

This property was nice. I didn’t give it as many stars as I would have liked. Check in was fine. I’m not sure if this is not a thing any longer but in the past whenever I’ve checked into a hotel i was always offered bellhop service for my luggage. The past few trips I’ve been on(stayed at a few different Hotel Indigo) I have not been offered this service. To be fair I wasn’t offered this at any other hotel either. We also had an experience with the elevator at this location. A few of us would not get on the elevator after this happened. We saw a staff member and I made eye contact with her and asked where there were stairs and she turned her head and walked the other way. It was pretty rude. All she had to do was point to the general area. Regardless of those two things the location is nice, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. For the price we paid for the room it was definitely well worth it.
