Very beautiful place to stay quiet and comfortable. i loved it, and it will definitely be my go to place to stay next vacation

The positives were the kitchen staff. period

I found the seclusion of the cabin quite lovely. The staff was lovely too.

Too close to highway

Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds. The property is so green, its just wonderful.

This little property was such a surprise. Although they are in a renewed start-up and the dining room wasn't open for the dinner, the staff "Serena" was helpful in finding us a place to eat dinner. The next morning breakfast was fantastic. The only recommendation I could give the management is to put better signage at the highway. It is a bit "tucked in" and most people wouldn't know it was there. Lovely place!

Very nice stay. Beautiful location. Quiet and relaxing. Accommodating staff - actually brought breakfast to our room so we could eat on our patio. Close to the adventures we were doing. Nice pool and enjoyable to hang out pool side. We would have appreciated more options for dining, as well as bar service availability. Overall, we would stay here again when in the area.

The unmanned gate is locked from 11:00 pm until 6 am. You are basically locked in the property within this time frame with no staff around to let you out. I found this extremely disturbing. I had plans to leave at 11:30 pm but was unable to.

There was no staff. One person ran the whole resort. Dinner was a disaster. Staff was threatening to quit. No security.

A beautiful setting, excellent service. The Hibiscus Cabana Was well maintained and a lovely setting. Large Pool, excellent pina coladas, very good breakfast. We were the only guests there for the two nights we stayed. Giga is a excellent hostess providing us with a walking tour of the property. Only suggestion would be to have softer pillows.

Very limited staff when we arrived. Taken to our room and showed the 3 ring binder of info for the facility. Wifi information was wrong, needs to be updated with wifi available. Next went to pool. Water level a bit low, needed to have skimmers on to remove floating leaves. It was like the pool was shutdown. Bar was at poolside but no one attending. Went inside to lobby, found new codes for wifi and asked for pool to be turned on. Waterfall at pool looked like it didn't work, but when everything was turned on it was nice. Asked for someone to make us a drink but was informed bartender was gone. Also informed that tonight we had to go into town for dinner due to the kitchen being closed. Could have been a great place, but this was the last place of 5 we stayed at in Belize and it did not measure up to others. The price was also higher than any of the others including a place on the west side of town which was wonderful. I will go to the other place again next time.
