For a person that travels to a lot of places in South America, this hotel is one that I would not recommend. The rooms were dark and gloomy. When you took a bath the water would get out and the floor tiles would be so wet I almost fell two times coming out of the shower.
The service was horrible, it felt like I was in a shelter. The service on the roof top was awful, before you even ordered something the waiter just wanted to know the room number and was not even curious to ask me what I needed first.
I expected more from this hotel especially because of the location it was at, I recommend you spend your money at another hotel.

Overall I enjoyed the property, the staff was nice and check in was seamless. If you stay I highly recommend eating at the bar and getting the Locura de coco for dessert, it is soooo good and I regret not getting it again before I left💔.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great staff, excellent location, good food and super safe. The only complaints are there are no wash cloths and the hot tub was not working but they did get it working the next day, however it was not very warm and pretty run down.

This property was immaculate. In a great location, the breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning and the staff were very attentive. AC worked beautifully So our room was always nice and cool. Rooftop bar Is beautiful and a nice view with a Clocktower

There was a construction project happening around the pool that was kind of loud. I really liked the hotel otherwise. It is lovely, in a great location, and has a great restaurant.

I really don't want to go into much detail. The only issue i had was the transportation part when i arrived. It should of had more communication . Instead of going to the hotel i waited at the airport.

The property is in the old town area and is walking distance to nearby shops and dining. The staff recommended a private guided tour of the city with Sandy and we all thought he did an excellent job.

The hotel was in location, the room was well kept and clean and so was the common areas as well; the staff was excellent. I made also included that the staff in the restaurant and the pool area was very accommodating and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends, family. Julio at the front desk was very kind and helpful, Ruth from the restaurant too.

Be warned it can get noisy due to the location but they do have ear plugs in the room.

Basic for the price. Shower drainage issues. They didn't address it. Asked for extra towels but never received them. I felt they catered to the Spanish speaking customers. Check in was slow. Location was good. Walking distance to many places.

Great hotel with amazing restaurant. Location was fabulous for exploring the old town. Getting to harbor for excursion to the islands was 5 min walk. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is charming, and the workers are really nice. The bathroom was integrated in the room, which wasn't very big, so there was no privacy. It also made the room had a serious humidity problem. The rooms had vynil instead of tile. You could smell and feel the mold under the floor because of the shower as soon as you entered the room. The hotel is very centric, but the street was too busy. You couldn't walk to the corner without 3-4 people asking you for something. The whole area has that issue, but there are definitely other streets that were calmer (and didn't have to close the Gates at night).
