Staff always amazing , found breakfast needing improving over all an amazing experience

The bed was super comfortable, clean and spacious. Loved the dark colouring of the hotel made you feel relaxed. The fire place in the reception area was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Can’t wait for the one at Manchester Airport to open. One question if this is read by the staff…. What is the scent you use in the rooms ?

Luscious hotel, very classy, with old-school manners. From the moment you enter you feel valued and respected, from the receptionist, maitre d’, porter and waitresses. Well furnished rooms, soft bedding & towels, good toiletries and tons of hot water. Breakfast was a la carte and well presented. Although the hotel was on a side street & at night was quite dark, it was also in central Manchester, so there were plusses & minuses. However, we will stay at The Dakota when we’re next in Manchester, it is a lovely place to stay.

Loved the friendliness of the staff, the location and decor

This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.

Staff were so helpful. We were there only a short time but they made us very welcome. Lovely hotel, very convenient to station and northern quarter an a short walk to everywhere. Would visit again

Very international and up-to-day style

The staff were so welcoming, helpful and polite. Everyone was smiling. The drinks are great and room service was lovely. My only negative was on eco friendly factors as there's plastic bottles for water and nowhere to recycle them. Other than that, it was great.

My new favourite place to stay in Manchester! Really lovely. So easy for the train station. Immaculate rooms & beautifully stylish well thought out layout. Great shower, big bath. Very very impressed!

Over happy with Room.

Stayed in a signature suite. Had a slight inconvenience with the room - from then on the level of attention and service was top notch. Shout out to all the staff- especially Diamond who accommodated us and made our stay all the more memorable. Roll top bath was bliss. Very quiet. Nice cosmetics and luxury touches like a Ghd hair dryer. The hotel interior - lobby and bar - were good taste too. Would 100% stay again and would 100% recommend others to stay too.

This is a sexy hotel. Super swanky. Even more impressive than the beautiful spacious rooms and comfortable bed, is the amazing treatment from the staff. Top notch service! Please don’t miss the on site restaurant. The shrimp tempura was to die for, Amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Good food and atmosphere. Great place to stay.

Absolutely superb. Attended a concert at Old Trafford and stayed for the night. The hotel is located a 5 minute flat walk from Manchester Piccadilly, with a 20 minute tram/taxi to Old Trafford Cricket Ground. All staff we interacted with, including concierge and reception were fabulous. They really go above and beyond to enhance your stay, nothing is too much trouble. The room was quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Decor is gorgeous throughout. Will absolutely be back.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and it really is 5 star standard in the heart of Manchester, the room (king) was beautiful with top notch facilities, the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel was perfect for a couples getaway. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Reserve parking if you can however there are plenty of car parks around.
