Clean and quiet

Beautiful property! Hot tub was pre warmed for us. Spacious arrangements for 5 of us. Extra towels provided. Would have appreciated a microwave. Had to wash all dishes we used as lots of dishes were just a little dirty. Eco friendly washer/ dryer didn’t dry even a small load of towels after multiple cycles. Would definitely return! We saw the northern lights from right outside our house!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location of the house was perfect for driving the Golden Circle. And we loved sitting in the hot tub looking for Northern Lights and star gazing. Also loved all of the oversized windows and mountain backdrop. Home and beds were warm and comfy! Perfect for our family! We wish we could stayed longer. Thank you so much! God bless!

This place probably deserves a 5 out of 5. It has an amazing location, very nice furnishings, very nice interior everything you’d want. My only knock was that the amenities listed included a hot tub spa as was shown in the pictures. Only 4 of the 6 properties I saw had hot tubs and we got one that did not. Honestly not a huge deal for most though our girls really love hot tubs and we’re looking forward to it so I had to ding 1 star. I would still recommend this place.

Loved this place! Stayed here for one night at tail end of Golden Circle day and it was so nice to end up at a place that was spacious, had all the amenities and was in such an isolated beautiful place albeit with some neighbors in identical houses nearby. Was probably our favorite place to stay of the 6 we stayed in during our week in Iceland! Only ask would have been for the hot tub to be a bit hotter - was somewhat lukewarm and after a chilly day outside in the rain would have liked to have warmed it up a bit but was not able to adjust the controls. We did get a chocolate bar and bottle of champagne which was a great touch! Used the washer/dryer which came in handy. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning! We loved the property and the area around it. It as clean, spacious and the host provided us with some little add-ons that make a trip with family easier (like washing powder, coffee, herbs, and even hot chocolate. Thank you

Las casas son muy lindas, limpias y cómodas. Tienen todo lo necesario para cocinar, tv, jacuzzi. Todo funcionó bien, no tuvimos ningun problema. Las instrucciones muy claras. Nos encanto el lugar. Lo recomiendo!

House is beautiful; check in was easy; hosts very communicative. Location is close to lots of great sites, however, you do have to drive a bit if you want to eat in restaurants. Having said that, the house is fully equipped if you’d like to grocery shop and prepare your own food. Also, location is remote enough that we had a great viewing of the Northern Lights! That was spectacular.

This is a stellar property. It feels secluded but is central to many sites in the area. The property feels brand new, the beds are extremely comfortable and everything you need for cooking is available. On two nights we were able to see the Northern Lights from the property. This is place we could have stayed at for a lot longer and will be highly suggesting to friends and family in the future.

The house is amazing! you got everything you need, in the kitchen/laundry. They have a BBQ you can use. The view of the sunset is stunning form the house.

Wonderful property about 20 km (15-20 min) from Selfoss. Blackout shades worked well. Hot tub was quite nice after a day of hiking. Washer and dryer much appreciated (detergent also provided). Spacious and our family of 5 felt very comfortable.

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful, comfortable, place close to everything. I highly recommend.

This property was amazing!! It was immaculate and had everything you would need. The hosts are excellent communicators and we would stay in the same place again. The location was perfect for touring the Golden Circle and then relaxing in a fully equipped residence after a day of traveling. There are many great restaurants within a short drive and I give it my highest recommendation. It was our favorite place to stay in our entire trip to Iceland.

Wonderful accommodation! Near major national park and other attractions. As a family of five we had tons of space and the hot tub was perfect. Supermarket is only about 10 minutes away to stock up the fridge. Stayed in three different hotels for this trip but the kids (teenagers) all declared this one the best.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Inga the host was prompt with a response about how to work the cooktop. It is the perfect location on The Golden Circle. We would stay there again.

Perfect house and comfortable everything!

The property was really good and in a great location. It has all the modcons you need to cook and is super warm. My one minor grumble is that there was no hot tub as advertised and my daughter’s brought their swimwear specifically for this. Other and nice stay

We had a group of four who stayed in the lovely cottage. The place seemed to be newly completed and everything was sparkling clean. We enjoyed using the outdoor jacuzzi & even caught a glimpse of the northern lights.

I wanted to surprise my husband and daughter with a little luxury during our trip and boy did this house exceed expectations!! Exquisite design inside and out. Private, quiet, every comfort thoughtfully provided. We did not want to leave!

Perfect stay and simply lovely, stylish place. I want to go back. My family of three had plenty of room and all the amenities we could have hoped to find. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. Highest recommendation.

This was a wonderful property. It would be nice if the drying rack was a bit larger but outside of that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Modern perfection. A little family trip in southern Iceland brought us to these wonderful cottages. Our group had a five month old baby, an eight year old, three adults and it fit everyone perfectly. USB outlets, great bathroom, lovely design. We had the best time cooking, playing board games and having a stunning home base while we explored the area.

Great location for Golden Circle and other daytrips to surrounding areas. Rather expensive but modern, well kept and with great amenities. Well equipped kitchen. Good sleeping comfort. Spacious sitting area. Well functioning WiFi. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will recommend it to our friends.

I will come back to stay at this cottage for my next Iceland trip. The highest standard in every way.
