The room was comfortable, but a bit outdated. Honestly, the room could use some eorh. all in all perhaps we would stay a second time if we could possibly have a room in better condition.

During my stay, I noticed a lot of work/repairs ongoing and I will adjust my commets accordingly.

The hotel is walking distance to shopping and groceries.
The breakfast buffet and restaurant were impressive compared to other locations I've visited.

The property is in a great need of restoration. There is no AC in hallways, no hot water in shower and lots of humidity in hallways.

Large group stay: 6 rooms.
Less than desirable property. No hot water. Breakfast was poor. Locks on doors malfunctioned: Guests were locked out of and sometimes locked inside of rooms. Some locks were torn off the doors. Staff knew of the problem and would accompany us to/from the rooms. Some doors would not fully close. Property is next to a trash dump. Switches on lamps were broken so lighting was not good in the rooms. Property felt unsafe. Advertising makes it look much nicer than it is. The online photos are deceptive.

We had an issue at check in day with the room, it was remedied the next day thanks to Hotels.com intervention, we want to thank Mrs. Xiomara for helping us with the room issues and for her understanding, kindness and professionalism. This hotel’s best attribute is it’s central location, closed to main roads, restaurants, supermarkets and other stores.

I had a bad experience during my stay at this hotel. The food was terrible and I had no room service for days. I had to keep on going back and forth to the front desk to get towels. There was a language barrier where no one was able to communicate in English. That was bad…

From entering and until checkout it was perfect! Staff is super friendly. Car was parked in front parking lot. Security is provided. At checkout staff even took photos of us without any hesitations..Its a very good place for very good price! Id stay here again and again!

THE HOT WATER DOES NOT WORK AND I HAD TO GO DOWN TO THE RESTAURANT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY NEVER SOLVED ANYTHING FOR ME, THEY JUST TOLD ME TO WAIT AND GO TO BED WITHOUT BATHING BECAUSE I DID NOT EVEN WANT TO CHANGE ROOMS, IT IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL!

I loved that the staff was friendly and polite. Very helpful and courteous. The bed was really good and cozy. Supper clean in the room and in the hotel dispute the area. I would definitely stay again. The staff was soooooo friendly and would do the best to answer your questions. I highly recommend for the price and location. Lots of good food options supper close by.

Not a 4 star hotel...more likely a 2 star!

Check-in was good, however the restaurant part of the hotel needs more professional structure. The chefs cooked well and the food was presentable. Room and bathroom were clean however; the shower needs to be leak proof and contained; preventing a wet floor. I feel there needs to be more bilingual interaction as well as more invitation to guests who don't speak Spanish.

The staff service was excellent. The restaurant and food was very good. The room environment needs to improve. The room smell like mold. But after opening the windows the smell was not as strong. The bathrooms needs improvement. Bed was soft and comfortable and the cleaning lady’s excellent.

Most People who work there looks like they don’t want to work maybe there boss don’t pay them well I don’t blame them why there are like that to customer if there boss treats the employees well and they will treat the customer very well like most hotels I have stay at yeah it could be better if there boss pays them well and treat’s them with the hotel will be a lot comfortable to all guests and they will come back more but now the boss needs to start working well with his/her employees if they want there hotel to do well it’s all about the attitude that makes a good place to stay

Room was dirty? Bathroom was a horrible, the mirror was dirty, the shower had hair, toilet had no cover. After the complaint hey send someone to clean but it was still in bad shape, they put a toilet cover that was smaller then the toilet and when my son sits down it broke, luckily my son didn’t get hurt. Worst hotel experience.
