The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Breakfast was terrific!! The atmosphere was awesome - old world charm!

The TV’s are old and in one of our rooms didn’t work at all. Time to upgrade them!

The hotel was pretty but need some updates and better beds, wifi and definitely hot water.

All was good....they need to change lightbulbs in the rooms. Many weren't working....

The location is perfect for exploring the Colonial Zone. The hotel has a charming courtyard. The rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It takes about 5 minutes for hot water to come to the shower.

Great location, walking around the colonial area is easy from the hotel. The hotel is traditional, clean and picturesque. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to store our bags and use facilities after check out since we had a late flight.

Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, some cereal selection and a cake. Some items had run out by the time we went (even though we went at 9.30am). Gym and sauna is closed. We booked a king room with a balcony however the 'balcony' was just part of the entrance way which was also for use for other guests.

The place was so over priced, specifically when you made the reservation with booking shows one price but when you got there it’s an other history, the staff trying to help me with not solutions.

The location was excellent and convenient to everthing.

Though nice colonial style the hotel is old and worn, lacking care and obviously resources. Only 1 towel each provided in the bathroom and old and worn out towels at that, Old odd cutlery not even a proper toaster at breakfast. Basically old and worn out, trying their best. Should be 1 star if even that.

Location is great, very close to the main streets of Colonial Zone. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Very beautiful building. The interior of the property takes you back in time.

The only negative - our room was not properly ventilated.

We have stayed here a few times and will stay again, it's a perfect location close to everything, staff are really nice and helpful and they do make an effort if children are with you to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, also parking is inside the Hotel which is a necessary as its hard to park around the area.

on this visit they gave us for the first time a street level room and the road was quite busy and noisy people walking around outside, also the shower took a long time to get hot we left it running for a long time to get hot water.

The rooms spacius and beds comfortable. Continental breakfast is ok but can be improved. Location was convinient near all relevant shops, supermarket and restaurants.

loved the colonial style property and it was right next to all the bars and restaurants staff were great, I liked that they had a car park in the hotel that’s essential so close to the walking street as it’s very popular

our stay included over the weekend and on Saturday night there was some woman arguing and shrieking for a while but that was a one off situation, not the hotels fault
