NOTHING.

EVERYTHING. Very dodgy place, dirty, inside and outside. The apartment is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen, dark, poorly maintained, trash everywhere in the entrance. It felt like a complete scam. I’ve never encountered anything like that on booking.com. Don't be fooled by the split level with private bathroom description, it means basically a bathroom outside the room on the building common corridor, after a flight of stairs. They tried to change the room but they did not know the code for the room. We did not stay. The pictures are not accurate also, maybe they are from ages ago. Not recent at all. It was a last minute reservation and we did not read all the reviews. Biggest mistake ever. We asked for a refund and the management said ONLY booking.com could give it. Booking.com says only the property can give a refund. Each one pushing the responsibility to the other. Can never trust again...

The good things were the staff, they helped straight away when the tv wasn’t working and replaced remote battery’s, they switched my room and were very helpful and fast to reply. I’ve written an email to them already explaining the issues and they are not helping, I asked for a partial refund as it really wasn’t up to pare and they don’t care. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again or recommend

There was no breakfast and no coffee or tea. Just lies. Dodgy area, first room stank of BO and walls were wet, mouldy and peeling, the lovely manager moved me, and the second room was very creaky, and dirty, the walls are paper thin and I barely slept due to hearing all the conversations and snoring of all the other apartments. Towel they gave me smelt of curry, crammed small room, curly black hairs in the room, microwave dirty, dust everywhere, not cleaned properly.

Good location and joining instructions.

The room was very small and dark. The blind didn't go up much and the 'garden view' was a derelict plot with weeds. I didn't realise that the 'split level' meant a separate bathroom and this room was hot and damp.

The location was good within walking distance of town and many attractions.

It was a little cramped and the numeric keypad on the front door was difficult to read in the daytime, the number was long.

Abosolutly nothing worst place we have ever stayed

The first night we stayed there was a neighbour with loud music. We messaged the property to be ignored. We could not stay hear another night so actually booked some where else. They are still ignoring our complaint. So they take money make sure you have a bad nights sleep and dont refund. Shocking service

Location

Room wasn't clean. This place stank of cigarette smoke for non smoking accommodation. It's a bedsit in a house of multiple occupancy and is very noisy. Doors banging all the time, no peace. Front door shakes the whole house when shut. Should not be on Booking.,com. Was given incorrect passkey so was stuck on the doorstep for half an hour trying to get in. Never again, it's the worst place I've stayed in years.

Good space and location.

It wasn't cleaned. Had to do it myself then they said they'll refund the cleaning fee and didn't. I wasn't contacted with the information to get in for two hours after I got there.
