not really a con but something to be mindful of is; if you go in the high heat season, the accommodations Air con isn’t the strongest.

the apartment is up a steep hill

The Whitestone is an incredible apartment, very clean and picturesque, what is in the pictures provided is exactly what you get, so overlooking the sea while swimming was incredible. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and spacious with a fantastic shower. The private hot tub was amazing and made us feel incredibly relaxed while staying, and the location of the apartment is perfect as its a very short walk, about 10 minutes, until you're in the centre of Split, walking up and down the hill to get to the apartment was absolutely fine, it's not that big of a hill at all. The host, Matt, is the best host we've ever met, he was absolutely lovely and helped us with anything we needed! Don't hesitate to book this apartment, you will not regret it!

Everything was perfect and we didn't not like anything! The only thing I'd warn people of is when we went in the hot tub at night, there was a drone behind us, when I spotted it it zoomed off thankfully, but it's something to keep an eye out for, but that's certainly not the fault of the owner of the apartment, everything else was spot on!

Loved everything about our stay! The accommodation is spacious, comfortable & very private. The hosts couldn't do enough for us, it was an absolute pleasure to get to know them a little. There were a few technical issues, which were addressed immediately & we discussed a few improvement points to further enhance the experience. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout blinds a welcome addition. Lots of personal touches & treats, we will definitely sta here again when we visit Split in the future.

Absolutely amazing property! Matt the host was beyond helpful picking us up from the ferry, giving us a tour of the local area and plenty of amazing recommendations! on checkout Matt and his father were absolute gentlemen in allowing us to stay on site until the afternoon to get our flight! The pool is stunning, so refreshing and clean, the location is great in a very safe and quiet part of town. the stay was the highlight of our holiday and just made our trip extra special! Matt & Family.. thank you so so much!!!

Hard to find anything really, as the place was so perfect. Only 2 slight notes for others is that the walk back from to old town is around 7 - 10 mins up a moderate hill which was a non issue for us but could be an challenge for others. Finally on a small point, the room aircon could have been a bit stronger / cooler but again this is very personal to us as our preference to have the room quite cool. others may have no issue.

Just perfect. Matt is the perfect host. He organised a lot for my proposal. The apartment is great and there is nothing to complain. Definately the best stay i ever had.

Everything was as explained and I couldn't fault a thing. Matt and his family were exceptional hosts. I cannot praise this accommodation highly enough! Stay here.

Matt is the perfect host, way beyond what you can expect. He pointed us to restaurants and everything we needed for a great week. Everything in walking distance - we only used Über when high heels demanded it. He even helped us rent a boat for a great day on the Adriatic. We also like to get some fitness into our holidays and the forest park right behind the house was perfect for our runs even if the initial climb was to rough for us to run. We will come back to split - The Whitestone and Matt is in itself the main reason for that!
