The hotel was very nice and the staff were very courteous and friendly. My wife keft her ereader in the room, we forgot it on the dresser when we left. We called and were told that housekeeping said there was notnone in the room. Integrity is missing from some of the staff, but still a nice place.

We had an amazing time! We were so impressed with all the dining options and our kids loved it. We went for a 10th birthday trip for our son and would definitely go back. 10/10 recommend! We went to the Perot museum and loved how close the hotel was it as well.

We were only there for 9 hours. However, I was so comfortable. I am very diligent when it comes to finding issue, but it was so clean… I cannot wait to stay again…

Excellent service from reception for check in and check out even during a very busy weekend. Great downtown location with access to many restaurants. Comfortable bed. My only complaint was the amount of road noise at night, even though we were on the 17th floor. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Loved the hotel; Owners Club sports bar - great service, drinks and food, fantastic location. Enjoyed the hot cocoa bar and live music in lobby/bar area. Very friendly staff all over. Our bellhop, Cymo(?) was superb.
Only downside were the pillows, they were too flat for my liking.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel was nice. There were good food options on site. The staff was average. The area is not great. We went to see the historic west end and the JFK sights. Other than that, I found very little of interest to do. Some of the streets around the hotel felt quite unsafe

Well another Concert Night for us... We have always dreamed of staying at the Prestigious Omni on Lamar St. in Dallas Tx. We have stayed all around it, but just thought the prices would be too much... We looked and booked. It is a beautiful property and you will not be disappointed. We loved it.... parking a little hard to get to and then get in and out, but these older folks got it so you can to. definitely a bucket list checked...

Our trip was amazing. The hotel had a good choice of food selection and made it hard to leave. The sports bar, Texas Spice and Pegasus Pizza were all very good. Valet was very prompt and I loved the option to text to request your vehicle. The location of the hotel was quiet and all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The TV in the bathroom was a surprise!!

We were given a handicap room, which I didn't request. I've experienced this before when booking through a 3rd party (hotels.com). It was frustrating because the makeup mirror/towel hooks, etc. were all hung lower to accomodate a handicapped person, which I am not. The walk-in shower is too small and poorly designed, resulting in the bathroom floor being soaked after every single shower. The carpet was worn and dingy...I honestly just expected more, given the hefty price tag to stay there. The best part of the hotel is The Owners Box...I won't book another room.

Great place to stay in downtown Dallas, especially if you are attending an event at the convention center. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel that are attached but it's a quick uber to other places in downtown too. Will stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is clean and there are a lot of dining options. My only complaints are the rooms are too DARK. Its just extremely dark in the rooms. Theres a TV in the bathroom however, each time I've stayed the bathroom TV is not working, even though theres a remote for it. Lastly the water pressure is weak. The staff at this hotel are exceptional.
