Very convenient location in adorable Lake Como. 8 minute drive to the city center. Very easy to get to where we needed from here. They were very kind and held our bags in storage the day of our check out. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Clean and spacious room.

Hotel is located on the main road. Very noisy through the night. Lift does not work.

the hotel was ok .but the lift was broken , so had to carry suitcases up three flight of stairs from the under ground car park .

Unfortunately the lift was not working during our visit. The breakfast whilst good it seemed a bit pricy. Reception staff were excellent and were very helpful with any questions we had.

Pictures looked more cosy than reality. Nevertheless it was functional and very friendly employees. Good beds and tasty breakfast. Unfortunately car charger did not function….

We stayed for 3 nights just after the May bank holiday, the hotel is very clean, only 15 min cab ride into lake como, reception staff very helpful, continental breakie has a good selection. Only negative point would we that the sage in room is don’t work & this was also true for the other rooms the family had hired. Parking is available hence I would strongly suggest hiring a car if you want to drive around, also parking costs are very responsible compared to Uk. 2/3€ for most of the day. Getting a taxi after 11pm is a real challenge.

Laura at the property was the desk greeter. She was hospitable welcoming and professional. We arrived early and she was so nice to let us leave our back packs til we go back. We will come back again another time and keep loyal to the company because of her . The breakfast was nice and tasty also and the staff. Pete Felicijan

Location close to train station. Clean & very comfortable. It’s about an hour walk to the lake each way. There is a delicious pizzeria restaurant very close to eat at for lunch or dinner. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! So good and with eggs. There were 3 of us total & plenty of room in the triple room. Would recommend!

Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

we only had one night, but stayed in a very nice room and the staff were very friendly. It is a bit of a walk to the city center but very easy to take the bus from here

The front desk was courteous, the hotel has an indoor parking garage, there is a big and nice supermarket near by. Walking to Lake Como from the hotel is about 5KM. There are two bus routes that go to Lake Como.

This was really a negative experience. Traveling as a woman alone I got a room with just a big door opening to the groundfloor, nearby the smokers area of the hotel. People could look inside the room and I don t understand at all how this place is a hotel with „rooms“ like this. More than a kind of prison cell. Its also very noisy with the street in front of the hotel. So you habe to close anything - in the summertime. The room smelled also awful in terms of some kind of perfume. Askiing for a new room the staff was very unfriendly and not cooperative at all. There was no possibilty to change the room. It was such a bad night for me - its surreal I payed money for this „experience“. I immediatley cannceld the next stay and I think I never stay in B & B Hotels again.

We were really impressed with the hotel, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy and the restaurant recommendation was first class. Other information was also very helpful and we had a really good stay. Free parking is a bonus either on the front or in the underground garage.

Located in a quiet area, but on a main road where you can easily take the bus into the piazza/lake area. It’s walkable area, and also just a few blocks from a train station. The actual hotel room was nice, but there were some holes in the drywall throughout. But nonetheless, we had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions.

Very good hotel next go Como and Cernobbio.. We were on a business trip for a textile show.. The best was very close to Como center and Cernobbio which we go every day for the show. Parking was inside the hotel and secure. Room was very good and clean. All the rooms have a balcony and only negative is you are next to other neighbors room and can see the next room if the curtains are open. Breakfast is 7 eur extra and it was good.

I had a lovely stay. It was off tourist season, and the hotel was quiet. The room was large, had a large bathroom, and the shower was great. All staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. It was clean and largely well kept. I had flown into Malpensa airport and rented a car. It was an easy drive to the hotel…just over half an hour. There was ample free parking at the hotel, including a secure under ground parking garage. From there it was easy to drive into Como. Also, the train to Milano stopped at a station only 5 minutes away from the hotel. It also travels into Como. Not expensive at all. My trip to Milano cost under €5 each way. (Beats England’s train prices by a landslide) Again, really easy to use and convenient! The only down side…and it’s just a small thing…as the hotel is in more of an industrial area, there isn’t much in the way of food and restaurants near the hotel. There is an American style place near by…but not what you really want if you’re North American traveling to Italy. Eat in Como or pick up a few things from the near by Aldi and Lidl as I did. (Just not the cheap wine…it will find its way down the drain pretty quick.) I did take advantage of the breakfast offer. €7 for a pretty basic continental offering, but actually, it was convenient and filling, and set the day off right. As there isn’t anything around, I’d suggest opting for the breakfast. In all, this was a nice stay, and I highly recommend it. I’d book again!

Felt like an old, run-down hotel that had recently been remodeled and they did a poor job. It felt like the remodel tried to cover the problems rather than fix them.

Great that there was free parking. Reception went smooth. Rooms were very basic, no frills taken to a new level, but clean, quiet and tidy. I would not necessarily recommend a longer stay, but for a day/ two day this will be just fine.

Great value hotel.

Just a stayover on the way as the surroundings aren’t inspiring. The service ok, room clean with wifi and lot’s of TV channels - even two movie channels not synchronized in Italian. But no window in room and sound seemed to travel, but otherwise quiet and comfortable. Not a vacation destination, but a good sleepover...

I had a room with no window just a skylight. It was ok for one night but they should warn their guests because this room is definitely not suited for a claustrophobic person. Breakfast was a complete mess. Some prepackaged buiscuits served in a box to be eaten in the room.
