Great stay. My only comment would be only 2 of 3 elevators were working. After a concert at Golden 1 we waited in excess of 30 min to catch an elevator back to our room.

Very classy place close to Golden One Center. Our room wasn't ready at 4 so they set us up with a couple of nice drinks in the hotel bar. I also appreciated a newspaper in the lobby. Nice touch.

Reserved room with view of Golden One but had Kings Tickets for 7pm. At 6pm my room was still not ready so they switched my room with opposite view i paid for.

The service is very good. The condition of the carpet in the room(s) was poor--stained. The comfort of the beds was okay, not as plush as I would have thought. Lots of homeless and pot smell in the K Street mall adjacent to the hotel.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff upon arrival was super friendly and nice. The suite was everything I thought it would be. Very spacious and the view was the cherry on top!

Hi - Stayed at the Kimpton Sawyer for business. Unfortunately, my room had some old / used tissues on the floor by the headboard, and was missing hand soap in the bathroom. Also, the light on the headboard would not turn off when using the button, so we had to put a towel over the light to be able to sleep. Also, the shower head would not turn on (overhead), so had to use the handheld.

It wasn’t what I expected, carpet needs deep cleaning and the room smelt horrible like humidity on top of that guests of next door partying until 2 or 3 am making a lot of noise, I had to call security to make them stop.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location. Almost all of the staff made me feel comfortable. There was only one incident where I asked a staff member about if it was okay to set the trays outside of the door when we were finished. She said that she preferred that I don’t, and I said ok I won’t do that, but asked if someone could come and get the tray. Her tone sounded condescending, with just a “yeah” no you’re welcome or good bye and no one ever came up to get the tray. I do know that this was over the phone so it could have been a misinterpretation, but the conversation didn’t leave me feeling good. That was the only hiccup with my stay.

We stayed here for our family vacation and overall the stay was decent. We chose this hotel due to recommendations from family and friends we came to visit. Based upon those we had high expectations. Those expectations were not met due to issues with the cleanliness off the room, on a 3 night stay 1 day our room was not cleaned at all and there were issues with our room serviced food orders. The hotel did apologize and upgrade our room. However we still experienced issues after the upgrade. Due to the cost we are not sure if we would stay here again. Great location and the staff was beyond friendly.

We had an average stay at the Kimpton. The room was clean, simple, but comfortable. There is a decent restaurant on site so we didn’t have to go far for dining, plus there were other restaurants located next to it. What we didn’t like was valet was a nightmare. Lazy group of kids, expect at least 20 min to get your vehicle, don’t bother texting ahead of time, they don’t even look at it. And when we checked out, the check out attendant decided to extend our stay for 7 days longer instead of checking us out and they charged me another $2600. Wouldn’t stay here again. Used to better service at a 4-star hotel.

So many bad things happened on this little trip. The hotel tried to make up for it monetarily but then “forgot”. I was very upset in the end. HOWEVER it is a nice hotel in a great location. I have stayed in the past and had a 5 star experience. This particular trip they missed the mark big time. I was also shocked that on Mothers Day Sunday the pool bar wasn’t open for Mimosas and brunch. There were so many families there sneaking in drinks and snacks because they were closed. Eventually a pool server came in but they were hours short of all these Mamas wanting to enjoy their morning poolside.

The WiFi sucked. I had to keep coming to the lobby to get work done, which was inconvenient as I required privacy and quiet for my meetings

Hotel was very nice but the staff ruined the experience. Other guests smoking pot were note addressed, broken tv in our room wasn’t addressed or fixed and the staff seemed to be overwhelmed whenever we talked to them.

Amazing hotel and a great location. The room was nice, but the air conditioner was broken and they were fully booked so we had to stay all night. No windows to open or fans 😢

The room smelled dirty. Looked out a giant sign of Kaiser. It is not at the standard of other Kimpton I have stayed at. I paid extra to stay at Kimpton but really disappointed in this location.

Should have to write something to review the hotel, however here we are. The staff was friendly, valet parking was easy to use, the room was clean and well appointed and laid out. The bathroom was phenomenal, though for the price I would expect a bidet equipped toilet. The shower/soaking tub was great. Only complaint was the AC didn’t seem to want to get the room completely cooled down to the desired setting of 64.
