The host is amazing, he went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We were allowed to do early checkin, late checkout and keep the car on the private parking after checkout. Besides, on our request he brought us a couple of bottles of olive oil that he produces (very good price and quality, leave some space in your luggage ;) ) The location is right on the sandy beach. You can easily use the outside shower and your own bathroom while relaxing on the beach. We stayed in the apartment with the sea and mountain view which was amazing. You have an impression of staying on the beach while being in the apartment since it is too close :) we did not have to use air conditioning since our apart had a great ventilation with windows open. It was cool inside despite outside temperature plus 24-36 Celsius. A bit more about the surroundings. The beach is long and sandy, you can rent an umbrella and sunbeds for a reasonable price (10 EUR in September 2021) as well as borrow an umbrella from the property. There are beach bars and restaurants within short walking distance where you can have breakfast or dinner. For a better dinner experience you will have to drive 2-3 km to the town (you better drive to Castellammare del Golfo, there is no promenade for pedestrians). A smaller Conad supermarket is by the corner, a bigger supermarket with the convenient parking (Deco) is 5 min drive (2.5 km). The surroundings look better than on Google photos ;) We very much enjoyed our stay there :) I recommend vthe property.

Little details could be improved 😉 A clean kitchen sponge could be provided to new quests. Cutting boards are smelly and used a lot. They could be changed to new. Soap dispenser in the bathroom should be changed since it can easily get on your clothes if you are not careful. Sofa cover could be refreshed for new quests.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment, near a long sandy beach. The host is a very welcoming person.

very good contact with the owner , despite of language problems :o)) . very close to the public beach , just in opposite. on the gound floor of appartments : restaurant, cafe, ice creams :o)) . not bad equiped , with double air condition ( bedroom and kitchen , even to much . nice bathroom and big enough kitchen ( for 2 persons) . private parking , outside place for barbecue as well as special outside shower after beach using . very safety appartments house ( 4 appartm)

Our appartment without sea view and with terrase equipment by the stairs, used by all people living in all appartments. Maybe it's not big problem for us , but if someone want to have a bit intimacy ...could be problem. Kitchen good equiped, but there was f.e. : 2 tea cups, 2 espresso coffe cups, 2 vine and 2 water glases , 2 forks, 2 knifes , no any bigger knife to cut bread or vegetables . . . a little tight . All appartment equipments were IKEA style , I don't like , but its subjective
