The hotels staff were very helpful and willing to go beyond their work scopes just to help us so that our stay (12 days) was good. The rooms were in excellent condition when we entered and was kept that way during our stay. The location was just perfect for our need. The train and bus station are just next door. The railway lune was just behind the hotel but it was so quiet. I would defintely stay again if the is a need for me to be here.

The hotel was not aware of the halal requirement for muslim during breakfast but the hotel have many selection of foods such as vegies, fishes, rice, poridges and drinks. Provided, not search too details of the food contents.

When you go to a hotel, you pay so you will sleep more comfortable, however, the sleep was not comfortable at all. We weren't bothered by the trains or any kind of noise during the stay, despite the fact that it had typhoon during those 2 days, but hard bed and hard pillows made our sleep bad that we felt more tired when we left than when we went to the hotel.

This property has everything a traveller needs: awesome breakfast, public bath, drinks and cup noodles vending machines, microwave, washing machine and dryer, plenty of parking, decent rooms and pleasant staff and attentive staff (reception, housekeeping and restaurant) !!

Once again the check-in process here is exceptional! We really want to thank the staff for their professionalism and outstanding service with making our arrival pleasant and fluid.

Location was nice , helpful staff

The staff is very friendly. As we were here during a super tyfoon we had to stay in. The staff made a special menu to make sure all the guests could have dinner. This was very tasteful.

Not really a downside but: The hotel is located in a quiet area. There is not much to do for tourists, except the nearby town Omnihachiman is a nice tourist area. For travelers the location is good as it is next to the station.
