This house totally exceeded our expectations! Very clean, modern, new. The highlight was the kitchen, specifically the appliances. You have more than you would usually have in your own kitchen! Absolutely everything we needed we could find in some drawer :) It is situated in Tavernola, which is 3 km away from Como, which is either a wonderful 30 min walk along the lake or 8 min with the Ferry, that you can take almost in front of the house. On the other hand, it's also a 20 min walk (or a couple of minutes with the ferry) to Cernobbio, which offers more options for gastronomy than Tavernola. If you are traveling with a car, like we did, there is a big parking lot right in front of the house. It is public, so you might not find a free lot in the evening, but there was enough space on the nearby streets. Check in and check out went without any problems and the host was very responsive via booking messaging.

There is absolutely nothing we were missing in this house.

We spend two days in Como, like usual short holiday but beautiful city and nice restaurants. The house was amazingly clean, organized, equipped with everything you need at home. It really feels like home, almost nothing is missing. Also Vittorio was easy to reach and help us out with all the question's we had.

We were my wife, 18month old Son and i, and the only thing we miss is that babysit, it was bit difficult for us to feed him and keep him with us while were dyninig. So the only thing that was missing for us was the babysit. I rated with 9/10— one less due to missing baby sit…
