The food, clean bathrooms.

The sea is quite wavy with pebby sand..

The resort was very good and the staff were so polite. The swimming pool and slides were so exciting. Rooms were sized well with great balcony views to the beach. Clean resort and my kids liked the playground and kids club

One thing might be good if they improve the variety of the buffet options. Note: The resort is about 37km from Kusadasi downtown.

The room and location. That's it.

Where do you start? - Charged us £17 more than our CONFIRMED booking rate. - Guy on the door to the restaurant followed us around and around the dining area to then accuse us of no entry wristbands. We were wearing them all the time. - Always have to queue in the restaurant and it's so crowded, you're bumping into people all the time. - Cleaner would fold the same used, sand & sea-grit-covered, towels from the floor and place them back on the rail. Nice. No shower gel for several days - what were we paying for then? - Stay if you don't mind the odd earthquake, rumbling and shaking of building with rolling thunderous noise. Earthquake of 4.2 on the Richter Scale on our 2nd day. - Do not go to the Hair Salon. The girl is lovely, but the so-called hairdresser, a male called 'Ramazan', we'd advise to avoid like the plague. Cannot do a simple job. And will charge you a small fortune for the pleasure.. not. - Extremely RUDE girl on Reception - likes to adopt a defensive pose of body language - arms across chest. She needs to keep her nose out of others business. - Equally rude Duty Manager who tried to belittle our observation of the girl's defensive body language by stating that she should "open her arms and hug him (!) No sexually-harrassing comment there then (!) - Overall, the location, room even the hotel is good but the staff leave A LOT to be desired. If you do decide to stay here, give as good as you get from rude, impertinent, supercilious staff.

As soon as we checked in, we received an uncleaned room. Nothing in the hotel corresponded to four stars, neither the environment nor the service. The food was monotonous, despite being well prepared. Lunch and dinner buffet self-service with a long wait. There was no order in which the food was served or at least placed on the plates by a waiter or chef-employee of the hotel, that is, so that everyone before you could dig into the common dishes. It is impossible to get an espresso because there is no espresso machine in the entire hotel complex, regardless of the fact that one is included in the offer - instead, an instant coffee (quite diluted) is offered from a machine. All drinks except the traditional Turkish tea are served in plastic or cardboard cups - I would drink coffee in a plastic cup from a machine at a train station, but in a four-star hotel I would expect it to be served in porcelain or glass depending on the drink. The number of sunbeds on the beach and around the pools is not enough for all hotel guests, and during my stay the hotel was not even full.

Location, staff and food were good.

Beds were not comfortable.

Everything was great except WI-FI.
