The property was lovely and fairly clean and the bed was comfy. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained!
It was quite far out from the main town and quite difficult to walk anywhere. The bathroom was styled very differently to the room and felt a bit like it was outside (which some people may love)! There is also a taxi charging area in the hotel grounds so it gets quite busy!

An absolutely beautiful resort..
From the moment we arrived I noticed so much luxury, from Satin pillowcases to a hyper-allergenic quilts. Beds were both firm mattress with soft top, one had a thick topper and the other thinner❣️.....so even with back ache I was sleeping.
Large "TV" monitor,fridge and Aircon in room. Fan and even a kettle with cups.
Outside kitchen space.
Rainfall shower in a very large bathroom with hot water and an abundance of toiletries available,hairdryer too. Towels and facecloths included. In the bathroom it's a grate at the top so you can hear birds and lizards while you cleanse, like outside but completely private.
Grounds are amazing and gardener/tree surgeon is professional,I see what he's done, he's extremely experienced and I'm impressed. He is polite and considerate.......and never stops.
Pool is very large and deep at 1.4m with baby pool and floaties. Lovely chill swim. Lovely and quiet.
Reception Staff are a little confused by my English but try their best and always smile.
Cleaners are chirpy, easy on the eye and good at their jobs. Manager/owner is a star, so competent in her business it's refreshing, she's went out of her way for to assure our comfort.

It was far away from resteraunts and beaches. My room was too small for working with my computer. I like bar close so you can buy a beer or a smothie by the pool. I missed this here.

La propreté et le confort des lieux , la gentillesse du personnel, l'aide de l'hôtesse d'accueil pour organiser des sorties .
Un peu excentré, il faut avoir un moyen de locomotion. Il y a de petits restaus autour malgré tout . Le petit déjeuner servi n'était pas terrible mais avec un beau sourire...dommage aussi que ce beau pays soit aussi sale ! Papiers , plastiques tout est jeté dans la nature ! Pauvre planète toute une éducation à revoir....

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Camera accogliente con tutto il necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Ogni tanto si sentiva un odore sgradevole proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno, ma questo è un problema comune in Vietnam. La posizione è comoda solo se ci si muove in scooter/taxi (servizi offerti dall'hotel), non in bus o a piedi.

The actual area is quite far from the town , you have a handful of local street food stalls and a supermarket but you really need a motorcycle if you stay here. They can supply and only 150 dong daily. It has a lovely swimming pool
I stayed for 7 nights and only had my room made up and towels changed once even though every day I put please make up room on the door. Also the sunloungers are really uncomfortable metal chairs with the cushions missing so you can't really sit on them

Pretty good hotel to stay. Our kids were really enjoyed their 2 days in this hotel,So did i.The swimming pool was the cleanest one i've ever used.I would recommend it to anyone who has a plan to spend their time in Phu Quoc island.

it’s a bit far from the beach, but it does have its own swimming pool, to get about the hotel can rent you a motorbike or you would have to pay for Taxi’s. Its quite a big island and everything is spread out.

Room was modern and clean. Sebastian who runs the place is amazing. Very professional but friendly. Pool is clean and good size. Quiet location
There was a drain smell coming from the bathroom on the last day. There are no sun loungers around the pool only very uncomfortable metal chairs which mean you have to lie on the floor. Location was a bit far out for the more 'tourist' and beach area but perfect if you want to be in the heart of the town/city. Restaurant was good but very limited menu.

The staff were top notch and did everything in their power to make my stay more comfortable. The facilities themselves are pretty standard/basic. Breakfast wasn't free, but it was quite nice.
It's a bit far from the 'downtown' part of the island, if that matters to you. But it is closer to some of the beaches as a result.

However , the room can’t sound - proof so that we can hear clearly the conversation of the guests stay next room or outside . Hope you can improve it better
