The location is not great and I found that some taxi drivers supposedly couldn't find it when using the taxi apps. The room was very basic barely meeting main requirements. The breakfast was very basic with little variety. The staff didn't speak a single word of English, which makes it very hard for them to communicate with people who don't speak Spanish. When I asked if they could provide a driver for sightseeing their price was ridiculously expensive and exploitative compared to a price you'd get using a normal taxi or ordering a trip via an app. Overall, I wasn't really pleased with the quality and the deal. I don't recommend it.

I felt safe and very comfortable at the hotel. Excellent customer service The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. I can recommend this hotel to anyone, family or solo traveller, on vacation or business. The place is very quiet. The restaurant is great. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are great. I sometimes had my meals on the patio, which is a great place to eat and relax. I am so grateful to all staff.

There is no good customer service. The guard upon arrival did not care that we had many suitcases, he was reading his cell phone. On arrival we were given a room that had been used, it was dirty. Very dirty hallway carpet, never seems to be vacuumed

The location of the hotel is good, the rooms are fine, the internet connection was OK, the staff is very helpful.

If only the staff could speak a little bit English...

Somewhat industrial area. When you drive up you kind of wonder what you got yourself into. Once you find the quiet parking lot in back and nice entrance through there it all seems like a nice oasis

The staff dosn't speak english, but they tried to understand us. The room was big and clean. Everything was pretty new. The included breakfast was okay.

The location is not the best, if you don't have a car.

Depends which guests they expect - if they expect foreigners -> staff should learn english better :) Maybe better wifi :)
