Took booking on booking. Com when I got there they wouldn’t let me into the the car park as they said my booking not showing ,, spoke to someone he said I will ring you back and never answered his phone after that . Worse experience

Went there was told were fully booked...wasted my time and journey..
Then the security guard was offering me something within the complex...totally unprofessional and money hungry people.....lies and deceet in their blood.

Disgusting property. We booked 5 months ago. Travelled as a family of 10 people in total and have booked 2 x 3 bed apartments. After a long journey we arrive to be told they have no apartments and have double booked for a better rate.
Very rude vulgar staff will never ever stay here. They are fraudsters.
We were treated very badly by this property. Would advise people to never ever book here.

Water leaking from toilet and kitchen and air conditioning they moved me to other room and midnight not air conditioning I have tried to call them but no ans please don’t even think to rent out royal residencia Centaurus if you want to stay then go to Centaurus suits quite expensive but very good

It was below satisfactory. No value for money.
Asked for a clean towel but never got one.

I liked absolutely nothing at this hotel. Be warmed this is not a 24 hour hotel. I booked for 4 days and was left stranded after informing the hotel of my late arrival. The manager was rude and told me that it was booking.com who made the error.
This hotel is not for people who have late flight arrivals. you will be stranded

Location
The apartment was left in a dirty state. The bedding was smelling off body odour and the whole apartment had a stale musty smell. Would not recommend to anyone I know . Overall dirty and not good. Alot of money for what it was. Staff didn't respond to request as quickly as they should have and kept reminding us this is a service apartment and not a hotel ??
Which is fair enough but the stanard is not worth it
