This place is awesome!! Great beds, great pillows, great accessories, all high end!! Would definitely rent this place again!! Worked great for our group of 7, plenty of space !!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was beautiful and had a lot of room for everyone. There was plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. High recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The house was great a long with the location. If could recommend the living room was very uncomfortable and not enough seating the bedrooms mattress were to low to the floor.

I cannot say enough about the impression the property made upon me and my guests. Not only was the location ideal, a few blocks from Vanderbilt university and a brisk walk from the Broadway bars, the cleanliness, character of the neighborhood and cooperation of the property owner was outstanding. This is a beautiful house in a very safe neighborhood It is a short Uber ride from Broadway. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. There are a lot of steps to the bedrooms so it may not work well for people with mobility issues. Our favorite part of the house was the beautiful rooftop lounge. We spent many enjoyable evenings there.

House was nice. If you are challenged when climbing stairs or have any disability with climbing stairs then this is not the house for you. Another note is that the beds are literally 3 inches off the floor and can be hard to get up and out. The AC on the first floor worked great but the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms where warmer and definitely needed to get cooler. The location is good but not really walkable to Broadway. Your gonna take a UBER or drive. The garage would not fit a full size SUV. We had to leave the garage door open this home is nice but is squeezed into the lot line. The trash was overrunning next to the house and should of been picked up, there was a broken bed frame on one of the king beds and maintenance came out the next day after lunch. We reported it at check in a day earlier. Understandable they had other more important issues and was tied up with a water leak. Over all communication was good and the house was clean and modern.

We had an amazing time staying in Laura’s rental. The unit was very well kept, and it had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. 10/10 would recommend!

Weekend getaway to Nashville with family. Great location and beautiful home. All bedrooms required steps, so must be able-bodied. Upper deck very nice relaxing spot!

Initially we had thought we booked a bit closer to the downtown strip. However, once we arrived we loved the place, location and overall cleanliness and vibe of the rental. Can easily get anywhere in Nashville from this location. It’s a great spot for bachelor or or large groups. Would stay again next time in Nashville.

Was amazing place from the moment we walked in. I am a builder so I critique all the places I stay at because most short term rentals don't like to pay for quality craftsmanship. This place definitely took the cake. Beautiful comfortable home to stay at only minor issues were the fridge was not able to keep up the coolness so should add in the instructions to bring additional coolers to keep important stuff cool, And we had trouble getting the stove to work and to heat but eventually we got it. Only two minor complaints always everything was top-notch.

Excellent house - large areas to socialize. Easy Parking in the driveway. Great rooftop deck.

This place is beautiful, very close to the Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Broadway Street & so much more.

Gorgeous home ! The only downside was it was not really within walking distance to the areas we visited.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our recent trip to Nashville. We had 6 women and there was plenty of space. The area was very safe and we enjoyed walks around Vanderbilt University and up and down famous Music Row. We had all our food and drinks insta carted right to the house once we arrived. And very easily found Ubers and lyfts to take us all around. The home itself is a total dream. The owners have truly thought of every detail when decorating the home. Not only is it beautiful, but it had everything we needed. The towels and bedding were fantastic and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

I walked in and the place is immaculate and breathtaking! This place is absolutely beautiful! Lots of space for large group to spread out with beds and bathrooms! Nice place to sit outside on the roof in a quiet, safe and very nice neighborhood close to downtown! Plenty of space for parking with two car garage! Utilized Uber to get around was very easy and convenient! Definitely stay again!!!

We had a weekend meet up for college friends. The property is amazing for large groups. It has great proximity to Vanderbilt and access to downtown. We really enjoyed the place. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Enjoyed the cornhole game up on the deck. We would rent it again for a visit to Nashville.

This place is even nicer than the pictures which is rare. All the finishes are high end and quality. It is in a great location and you can view the skyline of downtown from the rooftop deck. The beds were super comfortable and the furniture was really nice as well. The host was attentive and easy to deal with. You can walk to everything, this place was an absolute gem.

This property will blow you away with how nice the property is! The pictures are great, but once you get there, you will treated to what I believe is one of the best properties available in the area. Not only is this property brand spanking new, but the layout of the property allows for multiple people/families to enjoy the property with room to spare! The rooftop deck/bedroom space is not only a perfect hangout location before heading out to Broadway street, but it's like a separate apartment space in and of itself. The location is perfectly located in the heart of the Vanderbilt area, close to a grocery store, local bars/restaurants, and a short 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride down to Broadway Street. We had a fantastic time here. Everything you need is available at the property, including a bean-bag game up on the rooftop deck! This will be the first property I look for the next time I am in Nashville!!
