The staffs are very responsive and helpful. They do utmost care for the guests' needs and comfort. They make feel home.

The breakfast was really good because there were many kinds of food and the hotel staff prepared all the breakfast before 7am.
I was alone, so it was ok but the room size was smaller than I expected.

Excellent value for Kampala with efficient and engaging staff, shout out to Frank and Jacob. The restaurant food was exceptional with the restaurant having a wonderful ambience and good vibe. The rooms are large with air conditioning and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a variety of fresh juices, fruits and also a hot choice of plates to consider. I returned for a second stay as I was so impressed with my first stay.
Frank was a Liverpool supporter, but with sympathies for my team Brighton this can just about be forgiven.

Lage in einem Wohngebiet, in unmittlebarer Umgebung gab es eher nichts zum Weggehen,
Zimmer sehr schön, Bett riesig, man hätte dort auch zu dritt schlafen können, alles sauber, Frühstück ok, die drei freundlichen Schäferhunde, die frei im Innenbereich/Garten herumliefen, forderten nachdrücklich Streicheleinheiten ein.
Die Dame, die das Kreditkartengerät bedient, sollte besser an dem Gerät ausgebildet werden. Die Papierrolle zu wechseln war ihr nicht möglich, ein Nachweis über meine Zahlung konnte dann erst die Buchhaltung am nächsten Tag beibringen.

Centrally located, Explorers Hub is a good choice for a stay in Kampala at a reasonable rate. The rooms were comfortable, the showers hot and the staff friendly. I will definitely stay there again.
Although generally the facilities the rooms were good, a little more attention to detail by housekeeping cold help. Not much point to a TV without a remote control or a mug and teabags without a kettle. LOL

Very helpful and friendly staff, changed rooms to a much quieter and better view room. Art classes on the balcony were available and other activities. Breakfast was wonderful too, a pleasure to stay here.

I strongly recommend the Explorers Hub if you are in Kampala for a short or business related visit. The location is great, close to quite a lot of amenities, a large shopping mall and many restaurants. For the price the offer good facilities and the in-house restaurant "Revive" serves really good food.
The Wi-Fi wasn't good enough, frequent downtimes and very low bandwidth. Not ideal if you are planning to work from your room.

Clean room and high pressure hot shower. Their Wi-fi was fast. We did not have a time to enjoy their breakfast but I would love to have it next time.

The receptionist overcharged me at check-in, using an Exchange rate in their favour. There was a water leak in the bathroom. Bathroom door could not close properly.

Everything! A fantastic option for an extended work stay. Wonderful location, great food, the room was perfect, and the staff made the experience even better.

The location
The bathroom had a leak and the whole room was always wet. Twins beds and only one mosquito net. Dark room and quite small even if it was supposed that it was superior room what I doubt. The room lack of something so simple as a hangs to hang the towels. Basically it is a motel in the middle of Kampala. Not value for money at all but that is something common in Kampala hotels. Poor level on average.
