The property seem to be renovated and look much more comfortable compare to previous outlook. Kudos and definitely return for next visit

No hotel parking

1. The hotel has the promotion of stay 5 days for RM350, the campaign started since July /August, but nobody approach or explain to me until end of August, I started renting the Deluxe queen room since 2nd July until 5th September, if I have been informed earlier, I could have saved lots of money. Not efficient training for the well being of guest. 2. Safety issue - The house keepers were being told to hang the flag up, one of them climbed out of the window & stood on the 2 narrow planks, it was so dangerous. There was no proper equipment for hanging the flag. I was surprised that the workers' safety is not being looked after by the management.

No lift, washing machine & dryer made a loud noise especially at night, the 1st night of my stay someone did the washing around 2am which interupted people's sleep. Please put up a sign for the restricted timing of using those machines. next door pub was noisy.

deduct my deposit without any consideration. room suddenly blackout i never complaint but who knows deduct my deposit when i checkout and told me late checkout. previous customer service never deduct any cents at all. idiot.

value for money. tried their normal room and deluxe. I like deluxe more but rooms with windows you can hear the noise from the bar next door and also road noise.
