Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very weak start, with no hand towels, no bed pillows, no hot water and dirty........ in need of repair, electric outlets, commode, bathroom sink, fan, refrigerator, mattress had to be replaced.........new mattress pad/cover. I thought the new kitchen supplies and appliances were very good. Staff worked with us and after 2 weeks, and multiple deliveries from Amazon and multiple visits from maintenance and a new mattress and a working refrigerator and hours of cleaning by me and wife, we were able to settle in and enjoy the rest of our vacation. The $50 rebate for our cleaning was appreciated, but seemed tiny, for all the time we spent cleaning and running to buy pillows, towels, cleaning supplies, etc.
