Sautez dans votre voiture et parcourez le trajet de 4 minutes jusqu'à Bourbon Street ou de 4 minutes jusqu'à Frenchmen Street (et quand vous n'êtes pas sur les routes, profitez du parking mis à disposition par l'hébergement).

Great one room plus bath abode! Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and pillows, nice a/c and bathroom. I wish the refrigerator was larger but all the comforts you need. Walking distance to music venues and multiple eateries. Bywater is a nice trendy neighborhood just outside of the Quarter but still walkable to Bourbon Street! I will stay there again!

This property was the perfect location for our trip! Walkable to so many different places and the COMFIEST bed we’ve slept in other than our own. If you’re looking for a place to really enjoy Bywater and see New Orleans, this spot is absolutely lovely!! Will be visiting again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for NYE weekend for a concert at the UNO Arena and loved it! It was the perfect little place for us two. The suite was really clean and comfortable.
The location was great. Everywhere we wanted to explore was a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride.
There are also walkable little gems in the neighborhood. We walked to breakfast one morning and enjoyed checking out the neighborhood.
Ivan was a great host and had amazing communication. We ended up extending our stay for an additional night and he allowed us to do so. Highly recommend for solo travelers or couples!

For a single woman traveling it was perfect. The location was midway between my daughter’s house and workplace. The design was lovely. Even though I own mini splits in our house I couldn’t get it to heat the room. I tried everything I know what to do but I couldn’t get heat there were, however, blankets. Overall a great stay.

We absolutely loved this place. They had everything we needed. You can take a walking track a few blocks behind it and it takes you straight to the quarters. It was easy to get into the place. And so clean and nice. We will definitely use it again when we come back!

Wonderful spot for a weekend. The room was updated, clean, and well appointed. We loved the location in the Bywater, quieter than the French quarter but still very walkable. Ivan was quick to respond to any requests and accommodated an early check-in, which really helped me. Definitely recommended!

The Gallery Suite was great! The one thing I would say is the shower isn’t set up all that well for actual showers. That was our only complaint for our trip! Definitely recommend staying here

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved staying at this wonderful little cottage. We took a long weekend for her birthday and couldn't have wound up in a much better situation. Everything about this property is charming and welcoming and the neighborhood is one of my favorites in New Orleans. Ivan was a great host, though I never met him personally he made sure everything was seamless with our arrival and offered great suggestions for our stay. I will look to stay here again on future visits
