Owner / management were super responsive and helpful. Good central location and close to I-15. We brought the family & everyone had space! There are a few things that I think are fair to share: 1) "Fully stocked" is a stretch. The basics are there - but in short supply. 1 sponge. 3 kitchen towels. Salt & Pepper, some olive oil, garlic powder. End of kitchen supply. 2) Soap dispensers were all almost empty or empty. I panicked and ran to the store for soap. 3) Just "enough" TP & towels. 4) No toiletries, no blow dryers. You get more from a basic hotel. Super disappointing / inconvenient. 5.) The house is old and the plumbing is whack. Some of the faucets are either scalding or freezing, no happy medium. One upstairs bathtub was dirty with a shower head that sprayed all over the place. The toilet in the upstairs en suite is not bolted to the floor so, it rocks. And those corner mirrors in the 2 bathrooms prevent a person from brushing their teeth or washing their face without some claustrophobic acrobatics. Super annoying. 6.) The jacuzzi tub jets were full of mold, which you don't find out until you're sitting in a tub of hot water. Bad form. Always run the jets when you clean. 7.) The couch needs cleaning and is quite a bit older / squishier than the pictures you see. 7.) Getting 5 cars on the parking pad means small cars and wiggling around the tenant's car. 8) Full time tenants... We arrived and before I turned the car off a tenant came home - who wasn't thrilled to see us. Then during dinner we see a bunch of people drinking beer right outside the dining room window. They didn't do anything wrong and we didn't hear them when they were inside the house, but I wouldn't consider this a "private stay." Something to be aware of. 9.) Wifi was awesome. All in all, a good place to stay. If these things are ammended, a great place to stay.
