Nicely furnished. Location is great. Owner is helpful and responsive.

Didn’t know i had to pay RM10 to register as visitor. Provided access card could not enter the gym. There was no sound from the tv, but fortunately i’m tech savvy so I got it fixed myself. There’s no dish soap and sponge provided at the kitchen. Bed sheets, pillow covers, sofa covers, all felt old and not well maintained. Bed frame was really creaky.

It wasn't clean at all, it didn't have a spa bath that I had to take a bath in another unit, it didn't have paper towels, it didn't have foot pads, the TV didn't work, and the most important thing is that we didn't accept the responsibility of the owner of the house. I don't recommend this unit to anyone.

The property were quite tidy and bright with great city night view. When I showed them pic of the broken sofa they provided to open an extra room as alternative but ATTENTION please, when they introduced their apartments furnished with sofa bed, it doesn't mean a sofa that can be extended to become a bed but just a normal width sofa as it was showed in the pics.

1. NO HOT SHOWER WATER. We booked two apartments, it turned out to be one without water heater system and the other was broken. These days KL were raining, and I got a cold, while my friend was in her period. 2. LATE NOTICE. It was not until I asked the staff that they told me the issue of that one of the apartments wasn't equipped with water heater system. 3. NO RESPONSE. On the first day the staff was still answering my inquiries on WhatsApp but the when I requested them to give a solution for the shower then NO MORE RESPONSE until they sent me the written msg for how to check out. 4.CHECK UP LIST NOT DONE. The broken water heater system and the broken sofa kind of showed that they didn't carefully/completely check the condition of the property before they provided for us.

Cleanliness ( sliding door at living room can be improved) quiet,not near highway.nice view most basic amenities was available.

personal security..not enough cctv although there is security personnel..such as cctv at lift areas, no grill at main units entrance . check in time is too late 5pm...standard time is 3pm...

Environment in the house can be accepted.. lighting good

The owner need to improve his communication with renter.Didn't give stayer any updates and hardly get though owner phone.wasted around 1 and half hour at lobby just to get the check-in info. Security also cannot do anything as they didn't get any information from owner Location of this property is poor. No shop around the area. Some places in the home quite dirty etc below the bed, The bed was too soft to sleep in ,no water shower heater and even the shower heater also broken and didn't fix. The worse part is the tenant from above is super noisy as can hear the kids running around and banging. Not recommended for ppl who need quietness.
