The room we were upgraded to was stunning with an incredible sea view. The place was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, great beds, great air con. Great value for your money. Breakfast was also delicious, and they helped arrange transfers to and from the apartment.

There was a lot of misunderstanding with what was listed for the room and what the room/apartment building actually had, but the owner worked with us to find a solution. The property facilities listed aren't actually a part of the apartments. They are just in the area, and you need to pay to use them. In the room details, when it mentions a sea and lake view, it doesn't necessarily mean the room will have those views. And the garden view room is a parking lot and buildings, but still very nice rooms.

The cleanliness of the bedding for the sofa, as in there was no clean bed sheet or bed cover and when a bed cover was provided it was dirty and smelled horrible and we had to request it to be changed again

Absolutely nothing

Location. It was picturesque. It is the heart of El Gouna with a lot of European people, restaurants and buildings.

It was dirty. The staff cleaned it just at our check in. The floor was dirty. The shower was broken. The check out time was scheduled on 12 pm without our permission. The conditions of living allowed us to check out at any time. And there were a lot of problems with host, communication and so on. And also I need to pay in cash, and the host didn't have change

Amazing flat with a beautiful view and an excellent location. I was upgraded to a large 2 bedroom apartment with a huge roof that overlooks the Marina and sea. All needed equipment were available at the flat. A private beach is downstairs. The assisting staff was very friendly and helpful. TV has all local, international, sports and entertainment channels.

Water heater was off upon arrival, had to wait a couple of hours to get a warm shower.
