Location is perfect especially Soverign hill and places to dine out. Ballarat main CBD was only a few minutes drive away so easy to visit. Pool table created lots of laughs and the size of the rooms and house overall accommodated 9 of us without any problems. The bathroom showers are awesome and helped rejuvenate yourself after a full day exploring Ballarat.

It was very hot during the first days of our stay and the addition of ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been nice. Fly screens on the main sliding doors need replacing, so as to be able to have some air blow through the house to cool down.

This is a very warm and comfortable stay. Perfect for our stay, very quiet to sleep. Would stay again.

Great layout for a group of 5. Each having their own room. including a dining area, billiard room with two other lounge areas. Bedding was comfortable, and good linen on the beds. Good towel supply, everything you need is there. Washing machine is a great bonus.

Carpet in some areas could do with a steam clean, otherwise it’s pretty good

We liked the size of the accommodation and facilities. It was cold, and we were a little worried about heating in the further parts of the house, but it worked out okay. Good facilities for a large family. Made a great base for our stay. The kitchen was great and a big lounge for a relaxed night in

A couple of extra blankets for the beds would have been good. Some of our group were dubious about not having locks on the toilet and bathroom doors. We managed okay 😁
