I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and staff during our recent stay.
Unfortunately, my son became ill during the trip and soiled the sheets. The staff responded promptly and handled the situation with utmost care and professionalism.

The Plaza is a gorgeous property that pays attention to every detail. The staff is all very friendly and willing to help in any way. Great pool, very nice gym and the spa is also a dream!

OMG! What an amazing property! I was there for a facility manager's convention, so we are hard to impress.
This place is outstanding! Superior customer service. Lovely rooms. The landscaping by the historic tree on the way to the spa is beautiful.

There was no microwave and the service was terrible! The valet was $56 a night and takes over an hour to get you car. 0/10 recommend.

I stayed at this new hotel while I was visiting San Antonio. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the area. There is some major construction happening around the hotel, and it was very noisy and isolated. I was given the wrong walking directions from the hotel staff and I never made it to the Riverwalk, or to dinner. My hotel room was clean and comfortable, and having a balcony with a view of the Tower of the Americas was nice. The pool area needs some love, but the outdoor hotel bar was great, especially the snacks and service. If I had known about the construction and terrible location, I would have stayed on the Riverwalk instead. Plus, having to pay $56 for a valet car service to park my rental was annoying.

Beautiful property! Expensive parking on site and other options limited nearby (did also have nearby road construction) but service was great and a lot of things in walking distance. Would stay again but would like to have other parking options available other than just expensive in and out valet. We didn’t even take the car back out once we parked.

Beautiful hotel, great staff. The Alamo and the Riverwalk and restaurants and shopping are within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We look forward to staying here again!

One of the best ideas I've made in a while! This place was great- the ambiance, the staff, the food, the drinks and pool. I was a little disappointed with the spa. The spa staff was really really nice, but our facials seemed a bit short and the scalp massage was a weak. I would definitely go back though and give the spa another chance.

The staff were amazing. They were kind, responsive, and accommodating. There is a lot to do, within walking distance of the hotel. The property is very clean!

Thin walls. People yelling in the street and partying in the room next door all night. Felt more like cheap motel. I could not sleep at all.
We also found out there are a lot of car break ins.

We checked in, but our room wasn't ready. Staff got us free cocktails at the bar till our room was ready. Everyone was so kind, took us around the grounds to tell us where everything was. We definitely will be coming back

Air in room alternated between cold and warm at night. There isn’t a way to keep toilet tissue on roll. There isn’t a vent in bathroom or a clock anywhere in room. Valet parking for $56 per night is extreme. Shower was nice!

Beautiful hotel. The grounds are lovely, updated, and clean. The outside dining is very cool, and indoors is open and airy. This feels like a boutique hotel in the middle of downtown. Highly recommend.
