Better ventilation is needed in the dining room. 3. The dining room should be less noisy, with better acoustics (even considering the noisy guests). 4. I once received a sticky fork, so cleanliness could be improved. 5. Food/snacks/items often run out quickly and should be refilled more promptly. *Suggestions for Improvement:* 1. More staff should speak English; many waiters do not. 2. The elevators take too long; a solution is needed. 3. Timing should be more accurate. When someone says 2 minutes, it shouldn’t be 15 or 30 minutes. 4. I noticed dishes and glasses left near the elevators for 1-2 days, which isn’t ideal. They should be cleared within a few hours. 5.
