The staffs were incompetent. They gave me the wrong airport bus stop info and that almost massed up my returning flight!

The location is near to the department store, train station and bus station. There are locker for keep luggage. Staff were very nice. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

The temperature of shower was unstable so it was difficult during taking the shower especially in the winter season.

Exceptionally clean and unique room layout that is accompanied by the view of the river, mountain and Namsan tower. Location is optimal, accessible and easy to many touristy spots. Already recommending this hotel to my family traveling to Korea.

Hard to find a pickup point when booking Kakaotaxi. Maybe try to get help from the receptionist so they could assist.

I had a good stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

Location wasnt the best, difficult to find supper for my family but there was a convenience store at the basement.

Just beside Yongsan Station. Sinyongsan Station is also nearby. Hotel was able to accommodate a family of 4 and the space was ok There is also a convenience store at B1.

We make use of the laundry service but the card operation is in Korean. So took some time to press the buttons.

Avoid taking the elevators during busy check in and check out times. We had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator to arrive during 11am checkout.

It was clean, had enough light, water was provided, so the minimum standards are maintained.

The hotel has the charm of a very simple youth hostel. We checked in at 11 am after an intercontinental night flight and were very tired. Official check in time is 3 pm ! So we asked if the room was perhaps ready to check in, they said, yes, but we had to pay 11'000 WON (over 8 $) per hour that we checked in earlier! That made 44'000 WON (33 $) for the early check in. Ridiculous. The room is really absolut minimum standard, the so called big bed is small, apart of water, there's literally nothing in the room, not even a picture at the wall. They have 3 elevators for 30 floors of hotel, so each time you want to go out or get back to your room you wait easily 15 - 20 minutes for an elevator that is not already crammmed when it arrives. Breakfast is served in two shifts - meaning you can choose a time window of 20 minutes or you don't get breakfast. Ridiculous again. Go somewhere else.

The location was perfect and close to many sights we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and the bed was amazing.

Great location right next to metro station and the big mall. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Great location--Yongsan Station nextdoor has all kinds of shopping, including lots of grocery options at Emart; easy transportation to other parts of Seoul and the rest of the country. The immediate neighborhood is a bit too commercial and developed to work aesthetically, but it's close to some less-developed and charming residential neighborhoods. Twenty-minute walk to the National Museum. Comfortable room with good space for luggage. Aside from the thickness of the duvet and the lighting in the bathroom (see below), no complaints. Light-blocking in the windows was excellent--the best I've experienced in all my travels so far. The bed was comfortable. There was a good desk surface with a decent chair. Shower and toilet in their own stalls separated from the sink area made bathroom use very convenient for a couple. I didn't need to interact much with the staff, so didn't have much experience with them, but they were professional and friendly the two times I did.

As with so many hotels, the bathroom lighting was impossible for proper grooming. Had to use a hand mirror by the window to do my makeup. Duvet was too hot unless we really cranked up the AC, which we didn't want to do because of drafts. Finally just took the duvet out of the thin cotton cover and used the cotton cover as a blanket. The building needed at least four elevators, but there were only three. This meant that during busy hours it could take forever to get from one of the high floors to the lobby. On check-out morning we had to pass up two elevators that were already full, and finally got on an empty one going up to go back down. Lucky we weren't in a rush. None of the above were deal-breakers--just had to work around or plan for them.

Brand new hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. Convenient just next to the Yongsan railway station.
